Let me tell you guys, i have lost 25 kg last year in 4 months. It was a healthy diet plan. I appreciate Grandma suggestions of diet, but i want to add that please do not comprise on nutrition. Your diet should include protein, carbohydrates, iron, fat, all minerals, zinc, vitamins, calcium. You should make a balance diet plan. Calculate your BMI and make sure to eat less than it. Well i consume Banana oats shake which consists of oats dry fruits and I don't use honey or sugar since the dry fruits like dates has it
And on the other days eat brown bread with banana slices and chocolate peanut butter over it
Do tell me its pros and cons ?
I consume the shake on 3 days and the bread banana peanut butter the next three days !! Do i have to change the diet since im on a weight loss journey
