    Planning on drinking no more cows milk. Oat milk or soy.
    Veggies no ham not too much red meat Just a balance. No alcohol , No sugar , No salt. I am going to exercise more then ever and fasting. Not to forget I done 6 months of constant running and walking training. But I am dedicated to do more training. I regained weight because of my diet and need re motivation .

    With huge respect to ur videos,if u take apple cider vinegar on empty stomach, u will get ulcer and severe stomach pains . Pls be cautious

    Let me tell you guys, i have lost 25 kg last year in 4 months. It was a healthy diet plan. I appreciate Grandma suggestions of diet, but i want to add that please do not comprise on nutrition. Your diet should include protein, carbohydrates, iron, fat, all minerals, zinc, vitamins, calcium. You should make a balance diet plan. Calculate your BMI and make sure to eat less than it. Example if your BMI is 2500 calories, you should eat 1800 calories. You can achieve it make sure to join gym and do balance diet. Like this comment if you agree.

    Thank you. Those were excellent meal plans.
    With an observation, it's clearly visible that all the meals such as breakfast, lunch, dinner are shown in accordance with western diet. Vegetable salads, sandwiches, burgers, juices - all these western things are shown. While Banana leaf meals, sitting on floor while eating, eating with hands are left out. Always the forks, spoons, knives are visible. Also the characters that appear are westerners.
    Why is the Bharatiya way of living not included in the videos ?

      Hi, me too a hypothyroid patient since 20 years. Tried so many different things and stopped eating broccoli cabbage peas cauliflower etc. but nothing works once thyroid pill starts. Infact my TSH went haywire when I was taking precautions. I am eating everything ( all veg food only) and taking a pill of 100 mcg and enjoying things.

      Can I drink apple cider vinegar after thyroid medicine? While it's best to keep a gap of 45 minutes between each, we recommended consulting with your doctor. Thyroid medication should be taken on an empty stomach, around the same time each day. Afterwards, we recommend avoiding eating or drinking for 30-60 minutes. Most of our patients take thyroid hormone in the morning upon waking. Breakfast, including any coffee or milk, can be eaten 30-60 minutes later. Information here was taken off the internet.     Well i consume Banana oats shake which consists of oats dry fruits and I don't use honey or sugar since the dry fruits like dates has it
    And on the other days eat brown bread with banana slices and chocolate peanut butter over it
    Do tell me its pros and cons ?
    I consume the shake on 3 days and the bread banana peanut butter the next three days !! Do i have to change the diet since im on a weight loss journey
    This is for breakfast only
