Most of the issues are those we could relate ourselves to. Thanks! I believe that Constipation can happen for two more reasons too. One is eating food when you don't feel hungry. That's not allowing enough time to digest the food taken just before the one on hand. I believe that one must give atleast 4 hrs gap before the next meal. Yes, no in-between snacks. It's is also quite welcome to skip a meal every now then, or at night if you don't have any medical issues like diabetes. The second reason could be over-eating, especially at night. As one gets older beyond 50, it's better to reduce intake of solids progressively, as one usually does less and less physical work with aging.

I have experienced it over and over until I was educated on the need to change my diet. However, this video has given me additional tips which I will strictly followed. Actually sometimes I drink less water and that's why I faced the issues but not severe. So, it takes 3 to 4 days to cure the problems If you haven't severe constipation. But if you have severe or chronic conditions then it will take time by these remedies. So in that case you consult a doctor. But make sure you take only healthy foods (raw vegetables, salads, dal, ata roti etc not bread, moida is harmful for Constipation patient, Moida contains Gluten which is harmful for our body and liquid foods like fruits juice, vegetable soup, lassi etc) and take more water if you have a severe problems. Avoid fast foods, fry foods and non-veg foods too. Hope it will help. 🙂

Constipation is food problem, not body problem. To much of sugary foods, biscuits, pastries, mix of duplicate rice, too much sulphur food consumption, etc leads to constipation. The best remedy is to take lemon in meals, along with naturally ripe banana or butter milk over meals. Yoga is secondary, food is primary.

I do below daily 1) Drink warm water 2) 10 mins exercise morning 3) breakfast and lunch drink water after 1 hr 4) 20 mins walking daily 5) milk or fruits only in the dinner This I am doing since 2 years still I have not get rid of constipation 🥵 Moral it needs to be taken care since childhood Otherwise nothing will help

The proper amount of Magnesium will stop constipation. I take a tablet that has 400 mg of Magnesium, along with Zinc and Vitamin D3.
