It’s my water intake!! I always feel like I’m bloated or sluggish when I drink too much water! I barely drink anything all day.. today I had 3 or 4 sips of tea and that it.. idk why I’m that way!

I believe that Constipation can happen for two more reasons too. One is eating food when you don't feel hungry. That's not allowing enough time to digest the food taken just before the one on hand. I believe that one must give atleast 4 hrs gap before the next meal. Yes, no in-between snacks. It's is also quite welcome to skip a meal every now then, or at night if you don't have any medical issues like diabetes.
The second reason could be over-eating, especially at night. As one gets older beyond 50, it's better to reduce intake of solids progressively, as one usually does less and less physical work with aging.

Compulsory walk before and after meal
Eating soft food in the morning
Having curd how much is possible through food
Compulsory morning at least 10 minutes workout
Having patience that one day it will cure
@@likith8482 what about white rice?? My biggest problem iam thinking is white rice ..white rice cause constipation for me..but In india we can't live without white rice it's essential right..iam now on brown rice and millets
