It's actually pretty big for a traditional. The blades are as long or longer than a PM2. They are longer than my GEC #54 Big Jack. It's really an excellent knife.
Thoughts: I really like that viewery - especially with that much water in it. Gnats in your mouth are gross, but gnats up your nose are so much worse! Trappers ROCK! Case makes the Kinzua with CPM-S35VN so there's no reason they can't make traditionals with it as welll! (I could really go on a rant about this, but I won't here...) These ARE the good old days for knife collectors.
That's a very nice viewery.....did you just come from the brewery? LOL. A lot of my Case knives come with burrs on the blades right out of the box. Is that a deal breaker for me? NO....I just run the blade a few times across a ceramic sharpening rod. I have 50 Case knives in my collection now. I did accidentally buy the same knife twice, so I bought some racing red synthetic Rit dye and dyed one of them. It came out pretty good. I posted a few pics before and after on my channel if you care to see how it turned out.
I carry a case mini trapper every day. I use it at work to cut plastic banding, plastic wrap and boxes, etc. it’s basically a razor blade
Nice, man! Thanks for watching 👍
