I have had the 1999 f250 for over 10 years and 2 months ago I just purchased a new 2021 f350 best truck I've owned by far
I knew that they were over 1k torque, but didn’t know they are 475HP. Dang that’s impressive!
Boss?! Not necessarily. Here in Texas anybody can drive a limited I even drove a f150 limited in high school and I have autism. But for me still love the limiteds ad my personal favorite especially on the 2023 super duties. Finally added the SAAME interior as the 2021-present gen ford F150s. Those super duty limiteds you just never see very many on the road.
So with all that added equipment on the limited, I did not see in the video what the payload was. Did I miss that. Sometimes why people opt for the Lariat is less trim features for higher payload. I have a 2022 Lariat with the 7.3 and payload of 3800 lbs. which I find more than enough for what it does. Thanks for your review.

I'd like it if more time was spent on the infotainment system with all the features, including AA and car play and any Google integration if any. If ford made their exhaust brake stronger, I'd consider one. Is that antenna stock? I thought Ford was using the longer radio antennas still.
The antenna is not stock- it takes 30 seconds to swap it out with an aftermarket shortie.
Great walkthrough Ben, always enjoy your videos. Do you know if it's possible to get the Limited in anything other than the two-tone leather? Not a huge fan of the color scheme, would love it if they offered just black.

The Limited only comes with the 6.7L unfortunately. If you want the 7.3L gas option but in a fully loaded truck I'd go with the platinum that's your closest bet. Same features.
@@chrisholland2016 the only thing I like in the limitied is the blue and white interior… For the time being I’m looking at a fully loaded lariat as don’t need the other trims feature 🤷♂️
@@jonathanmayor3942 yeah that limited has always been known for that blue leather because I had a 2014 f150 limited and it was blue and had blue leather in it. Was still top of the line now I'm wanting a 2022 f250 limited in Atlas Blue to match the blue interior. Because why not sure it's nearly 100k but something to tow my horses with.

I've never understood the trims Limited and Platinum they basically the same
the Limited is more limited on options ironically, but has a couple more standard features that you'd otherwise have to add to the platinum/king ranch- but most platinums out there already have them added anyway
I've never bought a Limited on the F150 because the oversized wheels give shit ride quality and you can only get it with a 5 foot bed. You can get all of the same options as the Limited in the Platinum or King Ranch anyway, with the exception of the two tone Limited seats, which are hit or miss on yearly color combination changes. That said, the wheels aren't oversized on the Limited for the super duty and at least you get the 6.5 foot bed standard. I guess it depends as to whether you like that year's two tone interior colors and the 6.7 Powestroke, because you can't get the 7.3 gas or Tremor package. Bottom line, I think the Limited is ironically more limited in choices when you look at what you can get on the Platinum or King Ranch.

The mirrors almost look like they're in chrome based on the color of the Limited.

I have a 17 platinum that I paid 58k for. I Kelly blue booked it awhile ago and it said it’s worth 73k. WTF! Pretty soon 100k will be the price for Lariat
I had a 2018 F150 platinum that got totaled by a drunk driver t-boning me in Nov 2021. I had bought it for $59k new and the insurance company paid me $68k to replace it (given 4 years of wear). I turned around and bought a 2022 F250 King Ranch Tremor 7.3 godzila for $78k MSRP.

hey ben or anyone who would like to answer i had a question so i’m paying for this ram 1500 laramine they dealership just told me i can get a new one a 2021 with a lower payment a $800 i pay $1100 on the other one they said i qualify because i pay my truck on time and extra what do you think i should do get the new truck and start over or are they doing something sketchy and trying to make me waste my money
Unless truck is old and you just want a new, try refi. You could probably get your payments down 800 that way.

It absolutely kills me that Ford has dropped the ball on the fifth wheel prep package! I don't care what their excuse is. How could they even think to jack up the prices this high on a truck DESIGNED to pull goose neck / fifth wheel and then say it's not available? Get your sh$% together ford.

TBH it's alot nicer in person it just looks ridiculous on the internet. Based on the area I come from that's like a beach house navy blue leather interior right there. Especially for cowboys that truck looks good too.
