For me, while still cool. I felt that scene was a bit overhyped. At that point you already saw, so much violence, and killing on the show. I wasn’t like holy shit when it happened.
@@eldudereno204 but the show didn't purpously stab a pregnant lady in the belly or anything similar. sure there were murder and rape but i think the sanctity of motherhood being violated was the reason everyone shocked.
That was a good one. Not a good one was the reveal that the *real* Hydra was just a cult that worshiped a body-snatching worm (who, in reality, was only an ancient Inhuman).
Agatha's reveal was the BEST!! The song alone spun several remixes and left fans on a high for months 😂 It wasn't exactly "unexpected" but definitely exciting. There were some other shows that could've made this list better
What schocked me the most about David (Revenge) was that he wasn't that great of a person 😅 But it also kinda makes sense, that Emily as his daughter would think he was.
I would also add the Season 1 Finale of “Fringe”. Won’t spoil for those that haven’t watched this underrated Sci-Fi gem of a show, but if you know you know….
Scandal when it’s revealed that Olivia Pope hadn’t been kidnapped to a place outside the US, and on Futurama when it’s revealed that Fry is his own grandfather 😅
Best twist of all time? Bob Newhart waking up in bed with his first wife, revealing that all of Newhart had been a dream. Second best? Death of Henry Blake in M.A.S.H.
I've come to think that Lost is about Jack trying to find closure over the plane crash and the island and survivors represents his mind and sanity. His last name being shepherd means that he's trying to herd his emotions together.
Man, I may be biased but my favs are forever going to be Revenge and Alias and Pretty Little Liars! While finding Alison was alive was surprising, the death of Mona was gruesome so finding out she was alive was shocking!
100% and that was the infamous Superbowl episode that had some amazing fights between Sidney and Anna too. Unfortunately the Superbowl after shows cut into the episode and ABC lost a lot of the audience they were expecting.
Number 1 threw me for a loop!! I was walking around saying “we have to go back Kate…what????” For weeks. I’m still reeling. 😳😳😳 one of the best episodes of any tv show ever!!!!
I did a re-watch of this show with my teen a year or so ago. He kept a list of his questions and marked them off as any answers were revealed. When this happened he just threw the list in the air with a kind of "I give up" gesture, lol.
I generally agree with your picks. One thing in Alias I think a better plot twist was when Sydney found out at one point FBI counterintelligence has her father under investigation and thought that her father Jack was a traitor. It turns out it was her mother that was under investigation and she was in fact a Russian spy. All her she held her mother up as someone to be admired and emulated. She wanted to be like her. Her reaction when she finds out the truth was great.
This won’t mean anything to a lot of you but the episode of Matlock where his client was actually guilty blew me away. His clients were always innocent.
I’m still pissed that Wandavision killed the dog. I’m a dog person girl and I love dogs like my two puppies. Sometimes I feel like writing a huge complaint letter.
Nina Myers Revelation As The Mole Was Shocking But I Think It Was Equally Shocking The Revelation That President Charles Logan Was The Mastermind Of The Events Of Season 5
Respectfully disagree. Nina's treason was the biggest shock ever. Especially when she could got killed by jack. Logan was a snake and didn't surprised that much
Totally blew it by leaving out 1 that was outrageous, and the other that took it to the next leverl. I'm talking about the Dallas dream season followed by Bob Newhart's Parody of it.
The part in Wednesday were it was revealed that Tyler was the monster and that Laurel was the one behind everything should’ve gotten an honorable mention
Seriously? It was obvious that tyler was going to be revealed as the monster from the very beginning to me... Ajax being set up as the monster so much that it obviously wouldnt actually end up being him and Tyler was the only other character who was constantly at the scene when the monster would appear and just so happens to dissapper right before
i hated the michael returns twist, it felt like a slap to the face to fans who liked jane x michael together. i was really loving the janes arc of losing her husband/ first love and that you can grieve, move on, and find love again while still remembering your loved one. i had to quit the show after that even thought petra was my favorite character by then and would have continued for her but i was too mad.
Just in case. . . 10- Revenge 9- 24 8-Dead To Me 7-WandaVision 6-This Is Us 5-Alias 4-The Good Place 3-Game of Thrones 2-The Sopranos Honorable Mentions: Jane the Virgin, Sherlock, Scrubs, Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl 1- Lost
With Wandavision's twist of you know the comics and what happens it ain't that shocking but it was interesting to see what would happen. But it still is great
Here's what I think Revenge -nah. 24 - Yes! Dead to me - nah. WandaVision - Yes!!!!!! This is us - nah. Alias - yes. The good place - nah (we knew that all along). Game of thrones - yes. The Sopranos - nah. Lost - nah. My vote would be for WandaVision. That was sooo well done.
Same. The twist that she was the mole was bad enough, but then the final reveal that she killed Teri was almost too much. I nearly gave up on the show because of it.
I'd add: Doctor Who - Professor Yana is the Master Buffy - Dawn is the dimension key transformed into a person Supernatural - Sam and Dean are the chosen vessels for Lucifer and Michael respectively The Boys - Soldier Boy is the biological father of Homelander The Walking Dead - everyone is infected and will turn upon death (as long as brain is intact)
Maul is alive and has a brother in Star Wars The Clone Wars, Ted and Robin end up together in How I Met Your Mother, There is a Fourth sister in Charmed.
MSMOJO screws it up again as usual. One of the greatest plot twists in TV history was the identity of who shot J.R. on DALLAS : his pregnant mistress and devious sister in law Kristin.
I agree with all except Dead to Me. I just watched the whole show few weeks back and it's crazy good, but the fact that Judy was the one who killed the husband was super obvious from the start.
On Netflix, there was a show called "Soundtrack" that had a similar twist as the "This Is Us" that I found really neat--it follows two people for the first episode: a woman dealing with an awful breakup and a guy dealing with the death of his wife and trying to support his son on his own. Towards the end, the woman realizes she'd left something at a bar she'd gone to the night before, and the man decides to show his son the place he'd met his wife. It's the same place the woman had gone to, and when he started talking about how she'd hit him with a door on accident, I was just "oh, it's going to happen again" And then the woman hit him with the door as she was leaving... But the son isn't there, because the woman's parts had been in the past and she's the late mother
Agatha Harkness' reveal in WandaVision was everything but a surprise. In fact, fans were already speculating that so-called twist since the character announcement. The fact that the whole thing was Wanda's creation as a way of coping her grief was easily foretold was well.
Every plot twist gets these tv shows even more serious!!!!!! Every single one can surprise you!!!!! I want more top 10 plot twists!!!! Do like the top 10 plot twists in Disney Channel shows or Nickelodeon shows or even both!!!! Or how about the top 10 sitcom plot twists?
Another one for animated series, starting with Steven Universe's Pink Diamond. And how about a video of greatest cliffhangers? Include Arcane's finale in this one
Lol, the Agatha "reveal" in WandaVision was unexpected to maybe 10 people, and I guess most of those people work at MsMojo. It was joked about pretty heavily how easy it was to figure out that the neighbor Agnes was the comic book witch Agatha Harkness. People knew that before the first episode had aired. The Pitch Meetings channel even joked about it in their coverage of the show. The song was really fun though.
No! The Red wedding was no surprise. That was him being arrogant taking his family into the castle that old man thinking he was untouchable. And I never watch this Is Us, was that really such a surprise that they were the kids cuz I got that from the previews. And Agatha was just chef's kiss. Scrubs broke my heart,.
Kinda wish Mojo and especially MsMojo would say things like "for this list we're looking at TV shockers of the last 20 years" or similar. Totally get it that their target audience came of age in this era of couse. But it sucks when as you're playing along with this general class of "best" or "most" videos and come up with a FANTASTIC example which just HAS to be there. But you end up at that frustrating ending moment when you hear some crap like "Number One, Emily in Paris" and you realize because your example was from 2002 it could not possibly be there.

The Agatha one was a big curveball and I believe that each episode of the show represents the stages of loss
Omar Epps as Dennis Gant on ER (1997) was a shocker
Suits when Harvey Specter tries to take over as head manager.
I remember watching the episode of power rangers beast morphers where evox is venjix and I didn't realize
All of them
"And I killed Sparky too!" We knew that Agatha was shady, but killing an innocent puppy was going TOO far! 🐶😤
The poor puppy became the MCU version of a horcrux just to bring back Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver)
Someone get John Wick.
@@davidchism6081how it should have ended…
Lucy: [From Elfen Lied] “ DIE.”
John: “ Nice of you to join us, Lucy.”
@@liarliarplants4hire I don't know what you're referencing about. Not John Wick.
@trinaq but the song that came before it was amazing
I still can't get over how violent and gruesome the "Red Wedding" was. It's such an iconic moment and one of the defining moments of the series.
For me, while still cool. I felt that scene was a bit overhyped. At that point you already saw, so much violence, and killing on the show. I wasn’t like holy shit when it happened.
@@eldudereno204I felt the same way.
As someone who read the books years before, this wasn't unexpected at all, so I kind of hate when The Red Wedding ends up on these kinds of lists.
@@eldudereno204 but the show didn't purpously stab a pregnant lady in the belly or anything similar. sure there were murder and rape but i think the sanctity of motherhood being violated was the reason everyone shocked.
Grant Ward being part of Hydra and betraying his SHIELD team was unexpected.
Agree!
I was just about to mention that. That should’ve been on the list. I wish Ward redeemed himself instead of going full villain.
Shield is so underrated is was an amazing show and still one of my favorite shows❤
That was a good one.
Even the cast members of The Good Place were completely taken aback when they were told the twist.
Doctor Who: River Song is Amy and Rory's daughter. Also Missy was really the Master.
Yes!! ❤
The good place literally had us in the first half.
Agatha should have been first for the song alone 😂
I listened to that song for hours when it came out.
Nina being the mole was a huge shock, especially since she was suspected and convincingly cleared earlier in the series
What schocked me the most about David (Revenge) was that he wasn't that great of a person 😅
But it also kinda makes sense, that Emily as his daughter would think he was.
I would also add the Season 1 Finale of “Fringe”. Won’t spoil for those that haven’t watched this underrated Sci-Fi gem of a show, but if you know you know….
I also love season 3 finale with the first people reveal
Henry Blake's death in MASH is still one of the most shocking
And one of the most painful.
Ugh. Or the bus scene with the 'chicken'.
For me, it's Irene Adler being revealed to be Jamie Moriarty in Elementary. One of the biggest plot twists for me.
the Scrubs one always gets me. It was a funny show and then it would throw in an episode like this. John McGinley did a great job
David Clarke being alive the nuttiest plot twist. Emily said so herself: "you could have come back for me!"
Judy’s crime in Dead to Me was NUUUUUTS!!!! That was such a good show. So sad it’s over
Scandal when it’s revealed that Olivia Pope hadn’t been kidnapped to a place outside the US, and on Futurama when it’s revealed that Fry is his own grandfather 😅
Best twist of all time? Bob Newhart waking up in bed with his first wife, revealing that all of Newhart had been a dream. Second best? Death of Henry Blake in M.A.S.H.
And Bobby in the shower scene from Dallas.
My mom: “Who’s been messing up everything in WandaVision?”
Me after hearing the song for the first time: *It was Agatha all along!*
NCIS and Ziva being alive to save Gibs made my mouth drop. I was so happy I screamed out loud. Righted a huge wrong on that show.
I don’t know if this counts as a plot twist, but Luke showing up in Mando was a moment I’ll never forget.
M*A*S*H - henry Blake dies
Buffy the vampire slayer - Glory is a god
I've come to think that Lost is about Jack trying to find closure over the plane crash and the island and survivors represents his mind and sanity. His last name being shepherd means that he's trying to herd his emotions together.
Wow! That's actually a brilliant concept!
Ah, but Matthew’s death? Downton Abbey? 🙃
Man, I may be biased but my favs are forever going to be Revenge and Alias and Pretty Little Liars! While finding Alison was alive was surprising, the death of Mona was gruesome so finding out she was alive was shocking!
No not at all! A lot of people thought that Mona didn’t really die! Mya really dying was more shocking!
The way Lost could fill up the whole list... That show had some many amazing plot twists, its crazy. But 'We have to go back, Kate' is probs the best!
The Alias twist I remember most was when they showed Francie dead on the floor of the kitchen with her double standing over her, talking to Sydney.
Yeah! That was creepy af! It still chills me to this day!
100% and that was the infamous Superbowl episode that had some amazing fights between Sidney and Anna too. Unfortunately the Superbowl after shows cut into the episode and ABC lost a lot of the audience they were expecting.
We need this list for animated shows

The Agatha All Along song slaps

It turns out it was her mother that was under investigation and she was in fact a Russian spy. All her she held her mother up as someone to be admired and emulated. She wanted to be like her. You could easily do a top 500 of these lists on daytime soaps alone. 🤣
This won’t mean anything to a lot of you but the episode of Matlock where his client was actually guilty blew me away. His clients were always innocent.
This is us it's my favourite thanks for mentioning 😊🎉❤
Amazing video ms mojo of tv twisted plot that reveals to be shocking, fantastic job.
I’m still pissed that Wandavision killed the dog. I’m a dog person girl and I love dogs like my two puppies. Sometimes I feel like writing a huge complaint letter.
The dog wasn't real. Probably.
@@petraw9792 I know, but still.

Fuuuuuu….. I mean stuuuuuupid. I *still* cringe about that.
What about Bobby Ewing's return in the shower on Dallas??
it's too bad Lost had no idea where it was going. there were truly some mind blowing moments. I still think about NOT PENNY'S BOAT all the time.
I think a personal plot twist I still about often is agents of shield!!!

DOCTOR WHO...RIVER SONG REVEAL SHOULD'VE BEEN ON THIS LIST
Watch mojo only seem to think American television is the only thing to exist 😂
Just in case. . .
10- Revenge
9- 24
8-Dead To Me
7-WandaVision
6-This Is Us
5-Alias
4-The Good Place
3-Game of Thrones
2-The Sopranos
Honorable Mentions: Jane the Virgin, Sherlock, Scrubs, Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl
1- Lost

Man I didn't see that twist coming in the first episode of this is us
That was brilliant. I was a few seasons late to starting This Is Us. I think I immediately rewatched the pilot in awe.
Yeah no, Wandavision wasn't a plot twist, EVERYONE saw it coming.
It's been over 20 years, but Nina's treason still hurts

“Take Thee Rachel” anyone?!
MSMOJO screws it up again as usual. One of the greatest plot twists in TV history was the identity of who shot J.R. on DALLAS : his pregnant mistress and devious sister in law Kristin.
Um, I think the Dream Season was more "shocking" and over the top too.
This is Us!!!! Mandy Moore love it!
You could do a whole video on the twists in Jane the Virgin.
I think we all saw the Agatha plotwist coming a mile away. How could you not when there's a song that literally says " It was Agatha All Along"?
Grey’s Anatomy - George being John Doe in the accident was mindblowing
"We have to go back!" will always be the greatest plot twist of all time
I agree with all except Dead to Me. I just watched the whole show few weeks back and it's crazy good, but the fact that Judy was the one who killed the husband was super obvious from the start.
LOST had to be number 1 !
I feel like Rory dropping out of school should be on the list. Also JT's stabbing for sure.
Any Disney channel shows like newer ones cuz those have good twists
You'll forgot about the Bend Neck Lady in The Hill House?
On Netflix, there was a show called "Soundtrack" that had a similar twist as the "This Is Us" that I found really neat--it follows two people for the first episode: a woman dealing with an awful breakup and a guy dealing with the death of his wife and trying to support his son on his own. Dan Humphrey as Gossip Girl is the laziest worst teen drama plot twist ever!
Alternate Timeline - "Fringe" (2008-2013)
Agatha Harkness' reveal in WandaVision was everything but a surprise. In fact, fans were already speculating that so-called twist since the character announcement. The fact that the whole thing was Wanda's creation as a way of coping her grief was easily foretold was well.
For me and not only for me it was a surprise.
The season finale of Manifest where older!Cal appears is one of my favs.
It comes early but when in Murder House they revealed that Violet was dead.
That first twist in this is us hooked me
I thought they confirmed a while back Tony Soprano was killed.
Agatha killing sparky is the worst crime in any show ever 0:41
I was truly shocked when David Clarke returned
I feel like a lot of moments from "Dark" could be on here, especially Season 1 Episode 5.
Jane the Virgin plot twist is finding out Mateo is the one narrating his parents life
IT'S BEEN AGATHA ALL ALONG
I don't know if it counts as a plot twist, but the biggest shocker for me was Rita on Dexter. I was stunned in silence for like five minutes after.
I LOVED Agnes/Agatha, so I never thought in a million years that she had anything to do with it
Every plot twist gets these tv shows even more serious!!!!!! Every single one can surprise you!!!!! I want more top 10 plot twists!!!! Do like the top 10 plot twists in Disney Channel shows or Nickelodeon shows or even both!!!! Or how about the top 10 sitcom plot twists?

Very very great epic list I like it a lot very very great job mis mojo one of my absolute favorite list ever 😊❤
I’m gonna say Red being the MOM in blacklist is the craziest
An entire season of Dallas was a dream
This should be a top 20
My reaction to the wandavision twist, "And of course by unexpected, I mean completely expected!"
Bobby's shower scene in Dallas was one of the first shows to use plot twists.
I thought the Agatha twist was extremely obvious
I always accidentally spoil myself with this videos 😭
Same, but we knew that was a possibility. I’ve been watching Gossip Girl for the first time.
House season 4 and especially season 5 finale. Blew my mind.
Also Dark. The whole show.
I mean, Agatha's reveal as theorized about for months before the show even started....
Revenge doesn’t get enough recognition. It got a little bat s*** crazy, but it was an epic ride. Emily VanCamp was incredible
What about the reveal of Jace being the Owl demon in Shadowhunters?
Kinda wish Mojo and especially MsMojo would say things like "for this list we're looking at TV shockers of the last 20 years" or similar. Totally get it that their target audience came of age in this era of couse. But it sucks when as you're playing along with this general class of "best" or "most" videos and come up with a FANTASTIC example which just HAS to be there. But you end up at that frustrating ending moment when you hear some crap like "Number One, Emily in Paris" and you realize because your example was from 2002 it could not possibly be there.
the best 24 twist was the terror attacks which occurred in season 4 was orchestrated by the VP and now president of the united states.
