M.A.S.H is the saddest and darkest sitcom ever, in my opinion. It may have had its funny moments and quirky characters, but it never hesitated to show the reality of war and what it was like to be a military surgeon from that era. That's also what made the show so great.

As a big fan of Glee back then, The Quarterback remains extremely heartbreaking. I was shattered when Cory passed and it was before the new season too. The whole cast mourning him and Lea singing Make You Feel My Love is so sad to watch as all the emotions were real. As for that Grey's Anatomy scene, Izzy crying over Denny's body is an image that sadly sticks in your head and it shows what an incredible actress Katherine Heigl truly is. This Is Us is also one of my top shows, we all knew we were gonna see Jack's death but it was still a gut punch as it finally happened including Rebecca's reaction upon seeing his body 💔💔💔

There are two TV episodes on this list that really made me cry. One of them was the "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" episode where Will's dad leaves him again.
Although the episode of Fresh Prince breaks me every time, a TV episode has never made me cry as much as the "Goodbye" episode from "8 Simple Rules." I am a new fan of John Ritter, and I recently watched the show as well as "Three's Company" for the first time (both shows), and I love what I see. I genuinely LOVE John Ritter, and those episodes (they were a part 1 and part 2) broke me so much that I couldn't finish the show. I only made it through about an episode or two more.😭❤️

Mark Greene's death in ER just about shattered me. He was one of my favorite characters and when I heard that he was leaving the show, I cried. Seeing his last hurrah was heartbreaking.
Rose's departure in Doctor Who was upsetting, but I think the more heartbreaking one was Donna, and how The Doctor had to wipe her memory in order to save her life. Seeing the pain in her gaze as she started shaking her head and his reaction to having to do it to her makes me cry every time... So does hearing Ten say "I don't want to go" at the end of "The End of Time" makes me bawl even after seeing it twenty times. Doctor Who has a lot of heartbreaking moments.
Another episode that made me cry was "For Warrick", the season 9 premiere of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation... Watching the character's reactions to Warrick's passing, then Nick almost killing Under Sherriff McKeen in his anger and grief... As an honorable mention, Grave Danger, the Season 5 closer, was another one that made me cry, I didn't think Nick was going to get out of the coffin alive.

Khalilah Joi was phenomenal in this episode. Her speech was heartbreaking in how true it was. How many women have had these same thoughts regarding assault.

And you know the tequila I drank will make it my fault, and whoever did this to me, whatever he drank that'll be his excuse! Is your kit gonna convince them I wasn't flirting at the bar? I watched ER for years but never made it as far as Dr Greene’s death, and I’m glad. The clips in this list alone made me cry like an infant. I had to watch my own father die from cancer so it hits far too close to home.
The episode of Fresh Prince of Bel Air with Will’s father is always so heart-wrenching. Will finally breaking down and saying “Why don’t he want me, man?” (Or words to that effect) is just horrible to watch. Your heart really breaks for him. Fantastic acting from a young Mr Smith.

I have watched it at least six times and I still start crying my eyes out, and I pride myself in rarely crying over TV! But seeing Hotch’s face during his phone call with Haley… urgh I’m almost crying thinking about it!
But seriously why wasn’t it at least mentioned? I can easily think of other criminal minds episodes that make me want to ugly cry (Profiler Profiled looking at you…)

She dies slowly we get moments of hope a couple of times but no one can save her and her parents watch her slowly slip away. She faces her death her way sitting under the tree of her choice as her father, James Dutton (Tim McGraw) holds her in his arms as she finally passes away.
