I removed the ball out of the head and can't get it back in. Seems it wants to push and twist somehow but I can't figure out the correct way
This is such a bs design choice by Dyson. Making a clear plastic cover that is not removable and a nightmare to clean. I wish I knew that before buying a Dyson vacuum...
