Can one of you guys please help me out with my rig? I've done everything to the T and cross checked for three days and still no luck. My rear wheels kept rotating extremely slow compared to the fronts. Any way to fix that?
I have one question, when I add the landscape under the car, the car didn't drive on the landscape like in the video. How to solve this, anybody can help on it?
You can add this exact UI by going to User Data (in the Attributes Manager) --> Add User Data... Data Type needs to be set to Boolean and Interface to Bitmap Bool. Done!
I've followed the steps exactly. Everything seems to be working except for the Wheel Roll Bind. When moving the full rig the wheels do not spin. Any idea why that could be?
I was going insane for the last 30 minutes having the same issue then Instead of using the "Character" to move the car I used the "Master Comp" and the tires are moving with it,,, Hopefully this helps...

I've tried with three different cars. Once aligned and costrained everything the wheel spin faster than they should and the car is not properly aligning with the spline it has to follow. Double checked all my axis where aligned and the scales correct, transformation freezed. Don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help needed.
Have you run into an issue where you set up all the adjustment points accurately in the car rig, but then as soon as you switch to "controllers", all the sizes are incorrect? I'm running into that issue as we speak...I tried it two different times and the same thing happened each time.
Great tut .. thx for sharing it .. I applied it and it works but I have an issue with the wheel it seems turning forwards an backwards with animation like sliding .. any idea how to solve it ?
May I ask why after the car is bound, I drag it into other scenes, and the car and the character go in and zoom in, but the ground contact surface of the character is different, and there will be a large gap. Is there any way to solve it?
Great Tutorial, but nobody asks for tire rotation speed? The speed of Tires of Vehicle in drifting is much more increased then normal, can somebody tell me where can i find tutorial to speed up tires or slow down?? Thank you.
If you are animating the car along a spline like in the webinar, you have to adjust the Position animation curve of Master-con+ in the Timeline. Here you go: 51:17
This is such a great tutorial. The only thing he left out was how to control the speed and how to stop. Did I miss that? Does anyone know how to do that with this car rig. It’s the only thing that’s missing.
This tutorial is kinda a mess. I'm thankful that officially Maxon made a tutorial for that. But it messes up with today of Cinema standards. Also the English is kinda bad how he speaks. Thanks anyways.

Curious how the controller visibility user data was created. I figured it would just be a boolean display option, but didn’t see it.

I am having the same issue in R25. I have also tried moving the car using master comp and no luck. Does anyone else have any more solutions?

using master comp and make sure you are in animate tab.

Maybe next update could have auto rigging like the 'Drive 2.0 - c4dplugin.com'
I have Drive 2.0 and it's the same way. There's no magical auto rig like mixamo🤷🏾♂️...yet.

I guess that's only done with keyframes
You can control the speed using keyframe animation. At around 51:20
