    I'm asthmatic and I saw an immediate change after doing these exercises. My breathing is much easier and I'm not wheezing anymore. This is incredible

    Very good demo. This is authentic. Avoid many fake yoga instructors. She is genuine. If someone starts you off with postures/exercises , something's not right. Good yoga starts from slow, deep relaxed breathing. Later on, postures/asanas come in. Thank you.

    Thank you for this. I have bad anxiety and asthma and am always looking for ways to breathe easier and strengthen my lungs

    The Divinity on the face of AJ is very evident. I felt this is the only method of Pranayam which really soothes you n connects to the higher self.

    Came here trying to find a free instructional and educational video on pranayam. Thank you for making your video free unlike some blogs which will only allow you to watch a video (on such simple and basic natural breathing) if you pay for it!

    Dear AJ, I stumbled upon your videos a couple days ago and I instantly embarked in the exercises. Your videos are excellent and I have put off practicing breathing for months possibly years but, maybe i'm just ready now, but your work really engages me so easily!     Thank you! Such a wonderful explanation. I feel like you taught me the technique quickly and simply where I can adapt it to my needs in the future versus a guided session where I would need to come back each time I wanted to do the pranayama.
