Healing anxiety can be a big project. This can be a great piece for anyone.
When I will get recover completely from my anxiety disorder and panic attacks... I am doing this breathing technique along with anti anxiety medicine and it helps me a lot...many people don't know what is anxiety and panic attacks...anxiety and panic attacks are very very scary and it's spoil our regular routine life... first time I got this problem for continues 1 month severely... Whoever having anxiety u can do this exercise and get relax... Thank you for ur video... everyday I am praying god not to give this anxiety, panic attack problem to anyone

I wanted to ask is it okay to do your basic pranayam video and then anulom vilom for 15 mins and 11 mins each? I feel more relaxed now after these exercises.
However, the fact that sometimes air passes more easily through a nostril than the other has to do with mucus and not with our male and female body hemispheres.
Mucus is a form of toxin removal, mostly from food and its allergic reactions, our bodies have or must have a very complex communication and flux within. Look for the gut-brain axis.
The concepts male and female are just another way to understand those complexities.
In my case anxiety related tension in my face blocks my breathing in nose and throat.. Breathing exercises help. Muscle relaxation exercises for IBS work great too
Good observation... and what do you think the reason for the mucus is? the brain controls all of our systems... so what do you think it means if there is more mucus in one side? :)

AJ thank you so much for this. I have been meaning to practice breath work fo so long and this was so informative and comprehensive. Left side is blocked currently, so equal breathes was very difficult, but for certain I can breathe so much more easily through the left side after this. I will be following along with you 🙏
