I have been practicing it for a month offcourse not all days but manage to do sometimes. My BP is normal after walking and practicing this . The voice brings smile on my face throughout the day. I have lost my anger which I couldn't control all these 35 years of life. Thanks the institute so much for the video .

This is the best pranayama video, I practice it everyday, and it’s wonderful for relaxation and to help clear nasal allergies. I have also found benefits with this exercise for tinnitus and if done before bed, helps with sleep. Great video, thank you for sharing this.
I was covid, my oxygen saturation was 72 so I was breathing with oxygen machine in hospital until i recovered and it increased to 92. I am checking my oxygen saturation with pulse oximeter daily. It between 92 and 97 Mostly 94. After i did exercise i checked again. It shows 99 which is the highest one. :)

Mind will be stay balanced it's better solution for who is suffering from hormonal imbalance like pannic attack anxiety disorder and it doesn't wrok with medicine the only way is panayam.....

Heh I too suffered with anxiety. Yoga will surely helps you.do it for 40 days only in morning 6 am time of sun rise. Chant om with vocal as it creates vibrations thorought your body. A natural sound can reset it.

Very good. The third type breathing, is not clear. Breathing through right nostril, and exale through the same nostril? Pl. Explain.
