The way you said “Rock” and smiled as you held it up to the camera completely described my last brain cell.

Love your earthen tiles! It's weirdly hard to find someone who made ground tiles, because everyone else just uses the battle mat. Thanks a bunch!

it definitely isn't common, for me since I use the 1.25 inch grind size it really helps keep the whole set coherent.

With magnet’s you can essentially scroll the quest by removing used tiles, dragging and adding new. even change the playing environment that way, forest to dessert for example.

The concept is good and the results speak for themselves. I am seeing this video a year after you published it so I am hoping you have solved your focus issue when you are on camera. If the fuzzy focus is what you are aiming for, you nailed it, but; it can be off-putting. The different mediums are an interesting mix but may be outside the casual crafter's toolbox. However; presenting a stretch goal for growing crafting skill is a good thing. For instance for me, silicon molding is a skill I don't have yet and this video showed me how simple it can be. Good job.

I'm glad I could open up a part of the hobby for you. I do have to say my camera skill is still a bit amateurish lol, but I try do do better with each video!

nice job Crimson I like this video!
I'm going to download and edit your stl to make some 2x1, 3x1, 3x3 tiles, to vary it a little

Looking good, I like the ideas and mix of 3d printing and other crafting. I like Ninjon as much as others, but your video holds its own without the dual personality clip. :) Keep up the videos and look forward to seeing what you can come up with next.

I think hybrid crafting should start working its way into the hobby more, it feel like a pretty unexplored place to me and it has a lot to offer

I'm still not 100% myself, I'm in love with the concept but need refinement. With any luck it helped you make the tiles you had it mind!

*Touches the silicone. Cries* Have you tried different brands of silicone and found any that work better than others? I haven’t tried silicone mold making yet, but probably will one of these days and would like to know a bit more about it so that I don’t f*** it up too much. 😅

So I normally use the Smooth On Silicon it works great so long as you mix well, my only issue with it is that even the small container is more than what I would use in 6 months. For this I used another 2 part Silicon from a craft store and it work really well, I would say it was comparable to smooth on.

Can I justify it by saying I used my hands to mouse and keyboard the the 3d models?
