My buttocks, legs, feet are getting stronger, my posture is much better and progressing. Thank you! If you had a donate button available that would be good. You deserve it! I’m now 67 I used to have a wonderful hourglass waist with a fit strong, body which I took for granted. I hit 63 & depression (maybe because I was 63) but I didn’t get out of bed for around 3 months & cried a lot. The results of which are many and totally uncomfortable. Since then to now I’ve been trying to get even half way back to me prior. Hei aha (oh well) I’ve been watching a few of Ur videos now and my intent is to incorporate Ur wisdom and simple exercises into my getting up each day.Thank you for sharing & I agree with the comment made about a koha (donation) for I believe they will help greatly😊 Blessings p.s I will do a catch up comment in a months time

@@ShikhaMehta honestly about 2 years on a Paleo and keto diet with imperfect exercise. The last 100 + days I have been on a carnivore style diet to repair nerves and cellular damage. I was overweight for 20+ years. The standard American diet was hurting me, head to toe. I know these style exercises have been helpful for my core and back strength. Now that diet isn't a struggle, a better exercise routine feels possible.

I have osteoporosis in the lower back and was told by doc not to twist or do any kind of sit ups (I know you are not doing actual sit ups but similar). Wish I could do to get a flat stomach.

Check if you have vitamin D deficiency. Taking vitamin D (I was quite deficient) drastically improved my reflux. Dr Berg says there's a connection.
