In all my yoga classes, I incorporate these moves - chair - squat - balances, its good basic daily practice. The good thing about yoga is that all poses can be modified so we can adapt to changing bodies as we age. Thank you for inspiring people to use their body & move. 🙏

age 53 here , I had a great little experience a few weeks back, I was tinkering with my bike and after 20 min realised I was in an Asian squat for the whole time and hadnt given it a second thought. thinking back to when I was 20 I would have bent over and walked away with back ache. the other one I'd put in a top 5 is walking backwards, guaranteed to reduce fall risk in the over 80's , but get started now, walk backwards on a turned off treadmill for the resistance

@@lmc4964 That's what I think, too. I'm doing these exercises now, I just don't do them as graceful as Adam. He looks like a swan and I look like my clutch is slipping, lol.
I do have to catch myself or hold on to something till I get my strength built up a little. All my body wants to do is, fall over.
Joint pain isn't as much of an issue since starting a low carb diet last year. Still have pain in upper back and neck (herniated discs).
Muscles in legs tire easily. But doing one day at a time will be better than nothing, praise God. Pray for me please, thank you.

@@sandragambrel9721 every exercise has a regression, Ive been a gym member for 3 years now so I have a decent back squat but never liked balancing exercises like lunges , either it hurt my toes or my body wouldnt let me relax into them. I found a version I could do in a Smith machine recently (the bar doesnt move sideways) so now I like the challenge of doing and improving them. The challenge is to get excited about making modest improvements in mobility or strength and go for it. You can achieve a lot in a year!
