Well, I have to say. I have been doing this exercise three or four times in the last six weeks. Just three or four times. In the last two weeks, I've noticed my memory is improving with remarkable effects. I believe I believe! I'm now making this part of my protocol. Do it! It works! 2 🎾 balls. Who would have thunk?

I had a headache and accidentally put a massage type of ball on that area you've shown in your video ..and i tell you i felt my headache slowly banished.i felt so light and comfortable too..now sometimes when i am on my bed ready to sleep i will put that massaging ball at the back of neck/ head for at least 1 or 2 minutes and remove it after that, recently i use a bundle of round chopsticks tied together and put it at the back of my neck/ head for a few minutes.. it's really awesome 👍🏻👍🏻

      Dear Dr. Alekseev,
ENJOYING ALL OF YOUR OTHER VIDEOS , even with a false voice dubbed in!
WHO said that PILLOWS UNDER THE HEAD AND NECK are a good thing? PILLOWS FORCE the head to protrude OUTWARD, while a small NECK pillow, instead allow a better POSITION FOR blood flow?
My pillow is a loosely pliable easy to indent pillow, ha, the shape of a mermaid.
but the PILLOW MAN disagrees and wants to make money selling his.
      SUPPORT THE NECK
      stop worrying about PILLOWS.
      "LyndaFayeS Little Blue Mermaid"
SCULPTED mermaids gave me the idea for the
wrap around elongated soft pliable PILLOW.

At 60, I began having the same symptoms that my 85 yr old mother has had for over 20 years. She had bilateral vascular surgeries on her neck and I now understand why this happened. Her vascular specialist explained that her blindness can't be reversed due to an 85% decrease in blood flow. Both of us retired in our mid and late 50s, no longer active as we were and this is what happened. Shortening of these muscles and a lot of pain for me, I have played sports up to 55 and decided to swim and stretch more.

The video discusses the importance of maintaining healthy blood flow to the brain through the vertebral artery.
It emphasizes the connection between brain function, memory, and the formation of neural connections.
The video highlights the benefits of keeping the brain active to prevent dementia and cardiovascular diseases.
    Summary
The video focuses on the importance of maintaining a healthy blood flow to the brain through the vertebral artery. It explains how the short extensors of the neck can hinder the passage of the vertebral artery, affecting brain function and neural connection formation. The video also highlights the vital role of oxygen, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates in nourishing the brain.
Furthermore, the video suggests that keeping the brain active by learning new skills, such as becoming a python developer, can reduce the risk of developing dementia and cardiovascular diseases. It introduces a DIY massager made from a sock and tennis balls to help relax the neck muscles and improve blood flow to the brain.
Additionally, the video briefly mentions the importance of skull sutures and cerebral spinal fluid dynamics in brain health. It concludes by encouraging viewers to engage in sports, leave likes, post comments, and subscribe to the channel for more interesting content.

Years ago, a chiropractor had me put 2 tennis balls in a sock. Then I forgot WHY. Now I will use it to fix memory problems that caused me to forget why I had 2 balls in a sock!
Yes! I'm very interested in learning as much as you can share of your knowledge related to the blood flow to my 91-year-old brain!
I like your sense of humor! It translates well.

I'M INFINITELY GRATEFUL FOR ALL YOUR EXPERIENCES + SUPREME KNOWLEDGE.
I'VE BEEN DOING THIS FOR 3 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR VIDEO, 😆.
I've been suffering from excruciating neck + shoulder pain for years from sleeping on ALL the types of the wrong pillows. I DISCOVERED using softball sized large balls works best for me to sleep + relax the back of the neck muscles +head, especially at night. It's very uncomfortable sleeping on ALL types of pillows, bc it stiffened my neck muscles. The harder the pillow log the better to relax my neck. The softer the pillow, the more stiffness + muscles tightness you get from sleeping on these pillows. The Japanese had the right idea to rest on bamboo stick pillows. These American pillows are horrible, maybe this is WHY the pillows were created to create more spinal problems to make you waste your money on drugs + useless tests that don't work.
