The app notified me a couple of times the battery was low, but it's not all that annoying. Would be nice to adjust how annoying I want the reminder!

Also if you use the sync module and usb storage it will just stop recording after it’s full. It tells you that it’s full once. Not annoying enough

Yes hello there this is Lisa, so I have the blink doorbell camera I added it to my little collection of blink cameras and a couple of months ago. One of the reasons why I chose blank was for its enticing 2 year battery lifetime that it advertises as having you know everybody knows about the wonderful one in a million two year battery lifetime the link says it has right, right ? Well perhaps that's just for well for false advertising sake because it absolutely positively does not in any way shape or form offer anywhere close to being or even thinking about being a 2-year life battery oh hell no and even after I finally read that you're supposed to use the Energizer batteries that you showed here in the video oh my God price-wise maybe blink is the cheapest video surveillance security system out there yes from what I saw it is the cheapest you know what they say cheaper is not always better however with the battery lifetime that it claimed it had and outdoor capabilities and so forth I took a shot and I got screwed. So I got sync module that supposed to help keep everything online and store your videos so that you can watch them and share them it's not all as easy as it claims to be the process of getting your videos off of that little USB chip you can put into the sync module is extremely complicated. As far as cost is concerned I don't appreciate having to buy batteries that cost that much money my God could they have picked a more expensive way to power their cameras they all come with that little USB port in the back that gives you a false sense of security that you can charge your blink cameras this way however that is not the case if you keep reading I mean you have to read every last word of every last thing that they have printed about these cameras before you finally find the part that says do not use rechargeable batteries in these cameras it will ruin them. However they don't tell you this right away if you have bad eyesight good luck and you're going to need it because I tried rechargeable I tried cheap batteries I tried I thought the USB was for recharging them at first I thought they had a built-in battery it said it had a 2-year battery life span I assumed the battery was already in it it didn't say even tell you that you had to buy the battery separate in the first place no no bad choice . Buy something else that's my advice because the batteries you have to buy for these cameras the ones you showed on this video are $30.38 start at $30 for a 10-pack they are extremely expensive I price them out as high as 40 to $42 for a 10 pack of these little Energizer batteries that's ridiculous and costly that's costly if you buy blinks they know you're on a budget otherwise you put quality first . Blink makes it impossible. And there's some things up even the batteries that you showed that link insists you have to use the Energizer that doesn't last 2 years either I have three cameras right now with those whole all expensive batteries that I have to change the batteries out and then already and it's only been a month and a half so there you go the truth about Blink security cameras. And their false advertisement. If you love changing batteries in the dark in the rain in the hail with a flashlight with water pouring into your eyes, you can't see, you're slipping and falling in the mud and tripping over firewood, if that's the shit you're into then by all means go with blink because this is the kind of night you will have about every two weeks when you have to go outside in the middle of the night and change the batteries on all of your cameras just so you can sleep safely. Good night, good luck, and don't forget to wear your rubbers~

Batteries only last a year even in the doorbell which is pretty amazing in my opinion. It also depends on how many times the camera has to record an event.
