Hi Lucy! I just wanted to let you know what a tremendous improvement I have seen in the strength and stability of my knees since doing these exercises. I've been doing the 5-min workout once a day for a month and I'm SO pleased with the results! Perhaps you might consider doing a 5-min 'pain' series, targeting and strengthening the muscle groups that are most commonly to blame for back (lower and upper), hip, pelvic and neck pain. I think a series like this would be really beneficial to so many people, as so many of us - due to sedentary jobs, stress and anxiety - have developed chronic pain issues stemming from tight, shortened muscles. I had knee surgery three months ago and most of these are exercises my PT has or had me doing for my recovery. I haven't been doing anything other than what he has been advising, but am close to be done with PT, so I thought I'd see if you had any new content to incorporate at home and was excited to see this. This Exercise helps me a lot as I work 24/7 and have many stairs so my legs do pain but this resolves it!! Thank you Lucy!!! If It's possible, can you make a video on arm pain? Thank you so much for this work out. I have done your videos for the last few years. However in September of 2020 I woke up in pain. Have been diagnosed the last few months with Degerative Disc Disease with Disc that a bulging and moving forward and a pinched vertebrae. I also have arthritis in my hips, knees and spine. My Doctor has made me a referral to a back specialist but because of covid have not heard back yet. Pain medication does not help at all. My body is in pain 24 hours a day. This is the first video that I have done in over a year and I found such a relief in some of my pain. Please make more videos for painful joints etc. Can you suggest other workouts of yours to do? Thanks so much
Thank you for this I have Osteoarthritis in right knee, I can't do squats, lunges, any bending of the knee at all and I would love eventually to start running again.. something else I can't do anymore without lots of pain and swelling.

I would love a teen strength video, my son broke his hip 2 years ago and is currently rebuilding back his muscles following surgery. Hes been given the ok to do light weights and gym. Hi Lucy! I am from Pakistan and love your exercises. I was diagnosed with OA of knees a couple of years ago and through a strict exercise programme I was able to overcome the physicality but the pain often pops up. I will now do these regularly to help strengthen my knees. I walk regularly (outdoor) and even cycle (outdoor). One more thing, I have developed some back ache too, can you please suggest low impact exercises for strengthening the middle back area and the neck, I mean guide me to the specific exercise for this purpose. Should I do a warm up before the knee exercises. I usually do this along with your 7 minute full body low impact exercise and then cool down or at times after cool down. In light of the above comment, you may also guide me to a list of exercise I should be doing and their frequency. Looking forward. Thank you 💖

I just found this find. I have been dealing with knee pain for over a month now. The only one that I just could do was move 5 I just couldn't put weight on my right leg to lift my left leg. I will modify that but do this everyday. Thank you.
Hi Lucy!!! For that first move, is it ok to modify it to just a leg raise without the knee extension? Sometimes the knee extension hurts my kneecaps. Was blessed with “bad knees” inherited from my dads side! But I have also been blessed with you! Thank you for all your great videos! 💕💕

I had written you before abt having knee surgery in my right knee for a meniscus bucket Handle tear. ... Suffered 7 weeks before I could have surgery, and so left leg and knee had to bear the brunt of moving me about!! So both knees need help..I am 2 mo. Post op, and knee is stiff still, muscles painful at times. I think these exercises will help!! Mahalo!!🌺

Hi Lucy. My left knee keeps popping out when I squat down or bend down to do work . I work in a shop so I need to bend down to lower shelves. I usually manage to pop it back in but sometimes it just won’t. So then I work in bad pain and it slows me down . My right knee is also doing the same occasionally now. See what you can do for me Lucy. Will the 5 minute knee exercise help? Love your exercises and it’s nice to see you are doing really well.
