      Lucy has a 7-minute / 7-day challenge playlist. Everything is excellent. When I did Lucy’s first Abs workout, I lost around 2” in 6 days. I did it once a day, after a separate Lucy warm-up and followed by a cool-down stretch.

    as a VERY large female... this made me feel good. i built up a little sweat BUT i actually finished the entire workout... for someone w/my health issues this is amazing. i NEVER finish an exercise video. i have a new desire to continue with this. thank you

    Did for 7 days straight measured day one and day seven lost 1.5 inches under breasts, 2 inches of belly and 2.5 inches off hips. Thank you for great workout. Been 3 weeks now will measure again soon. Most importantly I feel better physically and mentally.

    I do love doing these. Not lost anything yet, but just started to actually feel my tummy muscles again. My back and arms definitely looser . Thank you 🙏 going to keep on doing them, and maybe add another 7 minute workout because I feel more able to do it now 🎉

      @@drbahmasiva3635 honestly it doesnt matter they all work just use this one since ur alr on it, dont over think workouts the fact that ur doing it is great, if ur tryna lose weight most things work if u tryna work muscle thats when u worry about which workout to do, so all confident just do this one and just start working out

    Starting today : Friday, june 7th
    I will be combining this with a healthy diet and 1.5-2 km daily walks for 7 days and see the difference. I am also doing 12 reps of stomach vacuums daily.
    Measurements :
    Smallest part of my waist: 30.5inches
    Widest parts : 37.5 and 39.5 inches
    Day one : done and dusted.
    Day two : sore abs but pulled through. I am loving this and excitedly waiting on some great results :)
    Day three: done and dusted. Abs still sore from all those stomach vacuums and these exercises as well.
    Hope it gets better. 😅
    Day four : why am i so out of breath? it feels the same way as if i am going uphill. Dont really know why but i am glad this workout is still challenging. Anyway, glad i am done.
    Day five: done and out if breath yet again💀
    Day six: done and let me tell you these exercises have not gotten easier😅
    Day seven : done
    Final measurements: smallest part :still 30.5 inch
    Widest part : 37inch
    And 39.5 inch
    So half an inch lost
    Also lost a kilogram of weight.

    Hi Lucy…thank you for the variety of workouts you have. A friend send me a challenge fora 10 minute workout and I took the challenge. I have also added the 7 minutes visceral belly fat workout. I am happy to share that I have lost 1 inch from waist and 1 from midriff. Thank you..keep it up.

    I had an accident word for the last 5 years and I beginning injections on my knees and I'm starting to feel so not in shape so I tried your your video for the belly fat I couldn't go 7:00 because of my knees but guess what I did six so tomorrow I will do it again I hope with this video it can make my stomach on my belly go down I'm 68 years old please help me❤❤❤❤

    I`ve been making use of this particular Tami Nolon Cfd around Five weeks, and also have eliminated around 10 lbs, and 3 inches from my very own waist. This can make me much more strenuous day-to-day right after I did shed a few of my extra pounds.

      Completed the full 7 days and I feel great, I lost 3Ibs which is amazing didn't lose any inches off of my waist but 1/2inch off hips. I'll find a new full body workout to start again tomorrow​@@kellyglennie

    I enjoyed this! But can 7 minutes a day really make a difference to my belly fat? I’m happy with my weight in general, but there’s still too much around my abdomen. Going to stick to this and see what happens!
