Did for 7 days straight measured day one and day seven lost 1.5 inches under breasts, 2 inches of belly and 2.5 inches off hips. Thank you for great workout. Been 3 weeks now will measure again soon. Most importantly I feel better physically and mentally.

Starting today : Friday, june 7th I will be combining this with a healthy diet and 1.5-2 km daily walks for 7 days and see the difference. I am also doing 12 reps of stomach vacuums daily. Measurements : Smallest part of my waist: 30.5inches Widest parts : 37.5 and 39.5 inches Day one : done and dusted. Day two : sore abs but pulled through. I am loving this and excitedly waiting on some great results :) Day three: done and dusted. Abs still sore from all those stomach vacuums and these exercises as well. Hope it gets better. 😅 Day four : why am i so out of breath? it feels the same way as if i am going uphill. Dont really know why but i am glad this workout is still challenging. Anyway, glad i am done. Day five: done and out if breath yet again💀 Day six: done and let me tell you these exercises have not gotten easier😅 Day seven : done Final measurements: smallest part :still 30.5 inch Widest part : 37inch And 39.5 inch So half an inch lost Also lost a kilogram of weight.

I had an accident word for the last 5 years and I beginning injections on my knees and I'm starting to feel so not in shape so I tried your your video for the belly fat I couldn't go 7:00 because of my knees but guess what I did six so tomorrow I will do it again I hope with this video it can make my stomach on my belly go down I'm 68 years old please help me❤❤❤❤

Hi, thank you for the great videos and inspiration. My question is what workout to do? I have veen doing a 15 min walk(DVD) for awhile to get myself moving. Anyway yesterday I started one of your workouts from a year ago to try something different which is a 15 min walk to reduce visceral belly fat. But I get confused as sonething new comes along should I be doing that. I am classed obese, watching what I eat and have lost about a stone, but belly seems to not go down. Any advice would be great please, thank you.
