Hey bro, can you please do a break down on the topic of how shredding pow is such unique physical exercise amd a dynamic movement when your truly flowing especially in regards to how it seems like uses completely different muscles chains Ans groups. sidesbody muscles , back, mid back and hips And core beside that old back leg, I dunno i been keeping up riding 2 times a week to get ready for pow and it's such a different thing to move from the 3-4 inches hard foundation or even low base like we have this year And being strong on groomers to swooshsing and slaping pow pow
It's makeing me realize how much of a feat it is And to be greatfil
To not beat myself up and acknowledge to myself that it actually truly is a physical feat and which includes a few mental feats to have been able to make myself ride and tap into the love daily and work on the infinite game of fundamentals and play and think of the fun over fear And play with dialing it up and down in micro notches a few up a few down and then settle right below my true skills level to be “ responsibly gnarly “ and let it rip thru powder switch ( I'm doing that shit now wowwie wee wow 🥰🤟🤠👊🙏)
And your videos and how you keep it real and seeing how you work to expose the truth like a few of the few real ones out there got thru to me and got me dialing in!
