Not only can you create and manage your own prisons you can also escape from your own prisons or community designed prisons. In todays video we will be exploiting prison architect by doing the Instant prison escape challenge. We will be able to get out of some of the most complicated prisons simply by no clipping through the walls. So is prison architect a perfectly balanced game with no exploits. Or will the spiffing brit be able to use some video game exploits to Complete this Instant prison escape challenge. Today we will be playing on the new Island bound update and trying to escape Alcatraz! Spoilers its surprisingly easy!

UPDATE 2:They caught him again, using some sort of tea as bait, he them promptly escaped again, only to get caught again due to the EXACT same bait.
The difference between the two DLC is that the Psych Ward was originally developed by Double 11 for the Xbox version of the game, and then ported to PC while Introversion still had the game. It is very well done, even if it has some very minor issues, but the Island DLC was made by Paradox right after they bought the IP, which is why it's far more expensive, rushed, and full of errors. The problems you're showing off are all things Paradox introduced because they hamfisted new content into the game despite not being familiar with the code. The escape mode is however not the focus of the game, which is also why it's so utter broken. Paradox has added a bunch of stuff, much of it pointless, to the game, along with a ton of bugs and bad decisions, and for a long time it wasn't possible to play it all without constant crashes

About 5:40 The shower thing is all about prison rep itself not damage.... Most fights in prison are generally done in the shower areas (less guards) so i'm assuming thats what the devs had in mind, People starting fights during shower time 🤷♂️

The chicago fire had burning water, sonce it had flammable liquids. So without the brick it won't burn, because the brick is somehow flammable.
@@jacobc9221 the truth is that fires can only be started on "objects", like windows or showerheads. Terrain such as walls or shrubs can only be ignited by spreading, not by lighters

I wonder - at 10x speed, prisoners basically have the same powers as supervillains - matter phasing, pyrokenesis, superspeed, clairvoyance, etc.

You can get islands not surrounded by water, for example, a traffic island is typically surrounded by tarmac and the 2005 film the island which was surrounded by people who kind of enjoyed watching it but were also a bit underwhelmed.

This is why there is no Speed up time options in Escape mode. You just literally have to stare at an unskippable cutscene for 10 minutes when entering the prison, or if you get Lockdown or Solitary you can't skip it without points

If anyone's interested, even though I think they've removed the fast speed options for escape mode, you can still do this glitch on x2 speed, it's just a lot harder to pull off and I think only works with walls with only 1 square thickness max, it's how I escape some of the prisons that are actually impossible without glitches lmao
Honestly if the first thing someone did when arriving a prison was rip half the shower heads off the walls all on their own I'd have a lot of respect for them too.

You are the reason I, an American, went out and purchased Yorkshire Tea; it is absolutely fantastic!
This bug has existed for year - theres actually another EXPLOIT where you can get infinite squad mate by simply starting a new escape in the same prison.
Escape mode -> Map you're escaping from -> then repeat as meny time as you want.
Edit: Not sure if it works for premade map, But it does work for Player made.

Actually, the original developer said that. He never made any dlc and he even stopped doing updates. Then Paradox turned around and purchased it from him in Jan '19. They are the ones whom started making dlc, less then a year later.
