I enjoyed this cooldown. I did a 20 minute walk (my longest in months). I have noticed since I have committed to do these workouts in the last four weeks, I am walking a lot more. I have done more than 10,000 steps three times this week. That is a record for me. My body is not stressed and my energy levels are so high. Thank you for creating this space people of ages and fitness levels.

I was told by my PT to walk at least 20 minutes every day. These workouts and this cool down have become my daily workout along with my PT stretches. I've never felt stronger. I deal with Chronic recurrent tendinitis all over. I have found Leslie’s walking video very easy to do and don’t cause extra pain for me. I like doing different ones too. Today I did a 30 minute video and didn’t realize that until it was over.

I am just beginning a fitness journey to be healthier and change my life, I began yesterday the fast 2 mile walk then finished with this cool down, I have to say as someone that has been overweight for years that this has totally changed my mind on walking for health at home, I never thought it could be done, but I feel its working already, I'd say anyone that wants to try it, please do it, it's unreal how it makes you break a sweat so quickly and in a low impact way 👏👏👍

28 April 2020. Lockdown in SA. Thanks Leslie and team! This is great, walking and cool down at age 67. Love it! Good work out in the comfort of my home with no traveling, traffic and time wasted!
It has always been refreshing to do these healthy walk away the pounds workout at home. Leslie you are so motivating both spiritually and physically. I like it when you encourage us to give thanks for good health because without good health we can't exercise more reasons to be thankfull to our Fathet who promises good health forever right here on earth (Revelation chaptet 21 verse 4). Thank you Leslie for being such a motivator. I have been doing your programe over ten years.
