    I'm 80 years old prostate cancer patient and I'm so glad I found you.I do this 12 minutes walk every day first thing in the morning and I'm glad to say that your exercise in addition to treatment has lowered my PSA results, thank you very much.

      Bes wishes to you. I hope you recover well. If of interest, you could search if the Joe Tippens protocol can do good for you. I think the Medical Medium also has some food advice on the matter, albeit I haven't personally looked it up.

      Yvonne yes I do this exercise everyday first thing in the morning and guess what I've even added 30 straight pushups I do the pushups first before the exercise. Yvonne thank you for your comment.

    Thanks for this amazing workout and only 12 minutes...it is something that goes by so fast i don't realize it is already over I am 73 and my husband passed away 3 years ago and he was the one that encouraged me to do the walking with you Leslie, I miss him but this helps to keep me going each day!

      Start slow. 10 minutes and build up or stick with 10 or 12 minutes might just be enough. Don't overdo it.

      Keep going... walk slower, for shorter periods of time... Or you could do 10 minutes at two different times of the day. Just keep at it you'll build strength!

    Hi, Leslie,,,I started to Walk with you,, And I was 75kgs,,but now I am 69 kgs.i thank God for your inspiration,,, and realized that it is not a must you go for a gym and pay money for your healthy choice.working out in the house much better because anytime you can do it. Thank you.🌹🙏♥️

      Mohdazam Ahmed.,, It is not days , because you may find that like 2 or 3 months ,the weight remain steady .For now I am 68 kgs. I started January 2019 upto date,making sure I don't fail to do either a mile in the evening and in the morning.🙏👍 . I like it.

      My basic program and my favourites are all videos of miracle miles,ab session,bac and core session,5 boosted miles,belly blasting walk ,easy burn,big burn , super burn or sometimes i choose from library of my walk tv or your daily walk when i want something different .For example this week,Tuesday i did 4 miracle miles and after that ab back and core session. Wednesday 3 miles,Today I ll do big burn ,Friday 5 miracle miles and Saturday 3 miracle miles again .And after mile walk always ab session back and core session or full body strength. Every morning I am starting at 9 or 10 clock and sometimes when i haven't workout in the morning i workout after evening meal.But the most important is never give up of walking .It gives so much energy and self confidence that you can't imagine!! and with my walk tv or your daily walk you can choose everything YOU LIKE and how many miles you need for your fitness health!!

    I practice this after practicing the video Fast Walking in 30 minutes . I find this combination excellent . I am 73 years old and I practice these routines since November 2019 5 days per week .

    I love it! Exercise has to feel doable in order to do it for life. I used to be very sedentary, but started with Leslie's routine about 7 to 8 years ago. I've never stopped since. It's a great beginning program for motivation and to remain exercising long term. Leslie looks great👍

    Hi aunt Leslie! You have inspired and changed my life for good. I'm 22yrs and touched 75kilos from 63kilos during the pandemic. This is when I came across your 30 minute workout which was doable unlike Chloe Ting's which was explosive. In a span of 6 months I've shed the 15kilos I gained and am currently following this workout for a good life. I'm now 58 kilos. It's definitely not our appearance that defines us, but the fact that exercising helps us regulate our mood, mind, eating habits and ultimately to inculcate a sense of discipline in life.

      @@tatiana9723 Six days a week, took a break every Sunday. I didn't follow a particular diet. I reduced my carb intake and strictly avoided refined sugars and oily products. Just healthy meals at home.

      It took me 8 months

    Anyone who thumbs down this workout is ridiculous!😒 I don't expect anyone I train to jump into any difficult workout and any workout is better than doing nothing!😒 This workout can be challenging for many so anyone can up this workout when they are ready by adding some bands above their knees and holding lite dumbbells. Continue to move everyone and don't let anyone tell you that doing workouts like this is not gonna improve your health and body. Keep moving!😘

    Yay, another fresh workout. Thank you, Leslie. I lost inches, since I walk again with you. 3 to 5 times a week, mostly 30 minutes. Older clothes fit me again while my current stuff is so loose now. The best of it all is, I never feel tired or exhausted. I'm just getting stronger and gain endurance little by little. How cool is that? Thank you so much.

    So glad I discovered these. It beats making up excuses . Too hot for outside. Don’t feel like driving to the mall to walk. Etc. etc. These workouts are great! I have lots of room in my living room. No excuse not to get in a work out every day. I just learned I have high blood pressure. First time in my 73 years! I’m at my correct weight. Have no health issues at all and I do NOT want to go on bp medication. I’m hoping getting some exercise in will help.

    I’ve always been very fit and have done some sort of exercising since I was a teenager-walking, calisthenics, weights, etc. I’m 63 now and about a year ago I injured my knee and can no longer walk several miles like I used to. Very discouraging. 😢 I recently found Leslie’s videos and do them on a thick yoga mat which seems to cause less stress on my knee and other joints. It feels so good to be moving again!

    I absolutely LOVE that I can rock this workout (haha, I'm so tired from it) in the timespan of a regular break (15 mins) at work. I love that I can squeeze in some walking when I have to be at my desk most of the day!

    Sou brasileira, tenho feito diariamente os exercícios, em 01 mês já eliminei 3kg, pode não parecer muito, mas pra mim que era totalmente sedentária já é um grande passo. Qdo comecei pesava 79kg, hoje (18/12/19), estou com 76kg, e tenho comido de tudo,porém em quantidades menores. Disciplina é a chave. Gratidão por esse trabalho maravilhoso 💕💕💕

    Where is Leslie now? Is she OK? I just did her 12 minute video love her so much. I’ve been doing her on and off for years. Wish I’d kept it up every day but here I am back again so that’s good, but I don’t see anything anywhere on the Internet, where she is please let me know. I see a lot of people asking.

      I ate a little less of everything.but I quit drinking sodas and other juices ..I only drink warm water.I dont deprive myself from eating .I ate everything in moderation.

    Leslie at the moment in spain we are in quarentine...so once in the morning and once in the afternoon i do your 15 or 20 minute walk so i hope ir will keep me going during this isolation...I usually go to cardio pilates twice a week so feel i must do something......Thankyou Leslie........my advice to everyone Stay Home Stay Safe ❤️

    Thanks. I stopped working out and only ate once a day because of depression. I tried this workout and it was actually fun. No crampy extreme moves. I actually prefer walking. Before I walked 10k steps a day and ate normally and was at a healthy weight but I'm at a place where I don't have much time or space to do it so I'mma try to do these at home walking workouts instead! :)

    Your workouts don’t ever disappoint! I have been doing this and any other 10 minutes workouts for about 2.5 weeks and the feeling is amazing.
    You know they always say do strength do strength, but her workouts work just the way they are. I am loosing weight like never before and I feel great.
    I still have lots of weight to lose but I will just make sure I do 30 minutes of her workout at least 4-6 times a week. I will update after a few more weeks. Thanks Leslie.

    I am 55 years old and I have COPD (no, I never smoked or had a smoker in my house) and I just did this...Go Me! ....It’s going to take me a while to recover...lol....but I DID IT! ...Great workout...Thank You!

    Day 11- I wanted something that would get my pulse racing I done this on day 2 and found it difficult I don’t it again today and I have to say I found it a lot easier. I’ve been doing the walk at home series for almost 2 weeks now and it’s the best thing I have ever done thank you!

    Love this! I walk 42 miles a week at 14 minutes per mile, and have started adding this to get in another mile. BTW, I’m 67 years old 😊

    Somebody call Leslie on the phone and tell her that I just did her at home dvd 5 really big miles, the whole darn thing non stop. Been had the dvd for years but never did the whole thing. I just need her to know, that's all. I cant believe I made it through. I had weight loss surgery and have lost 50 lbs and been at a stall. I know this 5 really big miles done broke my stall. Thanks Leslie. Time for epson salt and lavender bath. Bye

    i just did her walk to tonight and as someone who’s over weight it’s not that bad at all i really didn’t have any trouble doing her workout and she’s so inspiring and adorable. i even laughed during it and i didn’t feel the need to quit mid way. my heart beat and breathing are a little fast but it’s not bad at all, even for my first time. i’m gonna continue doing this.

    This is my kind of movement workout and I find myself moving this way when I cook or just standing doing nothing I move like this instead. I was wondering if you could do the same video but with music only and no speaking for the ones who watched this one already. Just a thought.
    I also do this just before bed to get the heart rate up for those that have trouble sleeping at night I recommend doing this even 5 min b4 bed.

    This is the best work out ever! I started it during lockdown when I was stuck abroad - I lost 6 lbs! Keep on doing that walking! I certainly am!!

    My children and I do this as a part of our homeschooling P.E. time (since COVID-19) in the morning for a energy boost and during the evening and let me tell u, WHO'S gone from 315 to 280 and we started March 27th! Stay encouraged everyone walking+ clean eating= better living.

      @@mythirans I do 2 longer videos and make the 12 minute videos my last one the goal is to get 3 miles minimum in a atleast 3 or 4 times a week and on other day 2 miles.

    Found this one today after doing your 10 minute brisk walk for a few days. Now I'm going to keep on with this one. I figured an extra 2 minutes was good, especially for people like me who have to push themselves to work out on their own at home and I was delighted to find it's a little faster. Thanks Leslie 😉

    I just did this one on my lunch hour. I think these are advantageous for those of us lucky enough to work from home. Instead of just lounging on my lunch hour, or risking infection by walking outside right now, I can stay in, work up a sweat, and get fit in my living room.

    The last time I looked to see if you had any videos online think you may have had 1 or 2 videos. Now you have a whole thriving channel! I have never gained weight while using your walk off the weight system! Now that I have gained some weight I'm using your workouts to ease back into a more physical lifestyle again! What's even better is that now I can share it on social media too!

    I even have Apple fitness plus, but nothing compares to Leslie’s workouts when it comes to weight loss or well being. But just like with everything else, consistency is the key.

    Please do another 20 minute video. We do these in our office (it's a small office) and they have been great. We started out doing the 15 minute ones then moved to 20 minutes.

    So glad I found your site. I had total knee replacement done six weeks ago. Prior to the surgery, I was very active, every day doing gentle step aerobics and lo impact aerobics. I was getting a little down…thinking I would never get back to my former physical fitness level. Then I found your walks. I started this week and am so happy! Naturally I have to take it slow, but I will get there thanks to you! Really helped me emotionally as well as physically. Thank you.
