    Nice good exercise but for having knee problem better move slowly or do you have knee exercise for knees, thanks.

    I'm going to do this twice a week, I don't know if it works but I'll edit this comment every week. (I'm not doing this more than twice a week because I have to study a lot lol).
    Beginning of first week: 61 kg. I'll start this week this workout

      It depends on the person and how much you do it , but for more effect , please have at least one rest day per week good luck 👍

      You are not alone. In 1 year i developed a fupa it actually feels like theres something stuffed in my lower belly and it happened out of nowhere😒

    As of now
    Day 1: ok I feel really tired and I think I did burn something it felt good but tiring
    Day 2: sorry for not adding I was busy in school work I”l add it after I’m done. Now
