Great video! I love hearing the Flyer, and that has inspired me to purchase one soon. Please, more TCJ Flyer vids!
It’s such a great little set! Are you getting the red or blue one?
The Aqua Blue.
@@SONOR24 Awesome!
Thank you Justin. They also have trigger one for E-drum. I’m going to get one I was looking at that for a while doing research. I did buy the drum riser one but it’s garbage. This is much better made. Thank you.😀I’m also a mechanical engineer.
I think you’re right they should have a hollow to sound better like the red block. I’m going to try that but not to deep.😁also I think if you hit it with the butt of the stick would sound better. And warmer.
Ive always found my Roland crosstick inconsistent. It would be nice to have one more consistent.
I am curious to try one on an esnare and see if it helps with cross stick triggering. Maybe something like the EfNote or AT snares. I am the same way. I'd almost rather just be able to make the rim always cross stick, on and off like on some of the cheaper sets. I can never get mine consistent or loud enough on the TD-17.
is this intro Bossa Nova? i'm from Brazil haha
What better way to demonstrate a cross stick? ;)
