This was one of the most challenging training sessions I have ever done.
In this episode, we explore how nature can guide us to overcome depression, fear, lack of confidence, and more.
Get a pen and paper. Be ready to take notes.
These gems could change your life entirely.

Would be nice if you went into details and examples of how you grew your brand and got so many followers and details into how you actually grew your business rather than just motivational/general info on your previous video. How you came up with your company, how you funded it, how you marketed/cost to market, software you used, how you found vendors or anything else specific.

Wow so much wisdom, great interview! I love when he spoke about reducing your fear and said "things lose power when you don't think death is the end"

I knew this would be a good interview with #lairdhamilton
It's a true "recipe for living your best life" Thanks for sharing the "moments" and the quotes, philosophy and mindsets that can motivate all of us. 🙏 "Retain your youthful exhuberance" There are so many passionate people who are truly inspirational and authentic. One can only hope to become one of those people who can guide others by example. XPT Life. Beginning to appreciate the importance of maintaning each "spoke" of your wheel, an analogy for finding sustainable balance, moving forward, an inch at a time. Subscribed.

Amazing quality actionable content about health, vit D. Sharing what Matt learned about breathing though left out the viewers ..was a bit imploded; a key thing to share/teach that was easily missed given it was in a moment just about Matt benefiting from his own “Work” getting to interact with someone like Laird - it was mentioned in passing but could save a life and should be a section in the video.

WOW - thanks @Matt! Laird Hamilton's interview is truly inspiring, and the cinematography is breathtaking. While the frequent cuts made it feel a bit rushed, I hope future videos allow for a more natural conversation flow. Still, an incredible watch!

It also though felt concise…people are in a bit of a rush or at least trying to learn so very much given all the info out here we now have access to. I think the editing was excellent, no fluff. I almost didn’t watch it but then due to length and density of info did and no regrets. There were some filler words like “Like” and that is a thing now though distracting a bit; dilutes the sentence it is in when used too much.

Your whole channel is based on your extreme fear of death and building a life "worth" living. Very stressful material but very interesting too. I'm not sure if you have fully accepted your mortality
