I don't think he looked 30 to be honest but steroids do make you look older.

Thank you so much for making this video. Social media is definitely pushing everyone to be on gear. It’s tough to be natty anymore
Delayed gratification, or deferred gratification, is the ability to resist the temptation of an immediate reward in favor of a more valuable and long-lasting reward later.
And that ability is a huge predictor of long term success in life, too.
except long term isnt promised, who knows if some "more valuable" reward would come in the future. the future doesnt exist, only the present
@@MSkp4wo You gonna prepare for winter or fuck around n find out?
@@MSkp4wo okay, it's not promised of course. but what are your odds of dying before 30? or 40? or 50? or 60? maximizing the amount of reward as the ratio of reward over time to risk over time, it's obvious which side of the coin to be on.
What’s funny is most of the people taking steroids just look older, not necessarily bigger.

I'm so glad I didn't grow up in the current social media landscape. I wouldn't have a chance. I feel for these guys. I'm 29 now, but I matured so much as I got closer to 25. I don't know if I would have stayed natural growing up in this era. But having had time to mature, there's no way I would hop on.
Me to
Same man. Turned 24 this year and I can't possibly imagine doing this type of shit so early just for views.
Same, we had great fitness influencers in our time who preached to stay natty and had the physiques to inspire us to do so - Matt Ogus, Chris Jones, Candito, Guzman. All of the big influencers now are clearly on roids and openly talk about it now. I’d probably have hopped on too if I was a kid in this day and age getting into bodybuilding. There’s few older, mainstream natural bodybuilder influencers nowadays to show how great your physique and life can be when you’re 30+ if you stay natural.
lol I'm your age, and plenty of people were on juice when I was in high school. It's just worse now.
Same. I already have bad body dysmorphia and never feel like I’m making enough progress, but I’m also old enough to realize that I look better than I feel in my head and steroids are a health nightmare.

@@Joe-bg1gk people care when teenagers drink and smoke. and gear is a level past that.
@@Joe-bg1gk You really compare a slow killer like smoking and drinking with steroids? Have you ever heard that someone dies at 30 because of smoking, or drinking? And I don't mean by abusing it. Smoking a lot or drinking a lot may kill you after 50, using gear without abusing it kills you after 30 and abusing it may even kill you a few years prior.
@Joe-bg1gk dude you gotta be ok with however you look and get rid of the desire for attention.
