One thing I’ve learned about diet from my experience, is cutting bad foods from your diet is much more effective than adding healthy foods. @@CagedPapsHow do you think Rome expanded its empire so vastly unless it's army were strong and highly effective. Of course they didn't win every battle. All winners lose one day.

I’ve always been damn inspired by Laird! There’s so much focus on his physical achievements that I believe he’s greatly under appreciated as an inventor. His ability to think outside the box and experiment / tweak his approach to things is most inspiring to me (as a striving product developer myself)… As a comedic aside, when I see him interviewed I can’t help but imagine Will Forte doing a Laird skit (McGruber-esque). Definitely same likeness, it’d be perfect and I bet Laird and his pals would have a laugh. Of course done out of respect because people around the planet love and admire the guy
I have been into all types of diets and exercise programs over the years, but this has been my final destination. Good health is a balance of calories ingested to calories expended. Feeding your body only what it needs to survive is the key. If you exercise often, you eat more, if not you eat less. The body has a natural wisdom to heal itself and run efficiently, and putting as little stress as possible on the digestive system allows this to happen. When I do eat, I follow a lot of what Laird does. I never use dairy, and white sugar and flour to a minimum. The main staple of my diet is fatty fish like sardines, oils like olive and avocado, and I juice celery and carrots for vegetable nutrients. Something he did not mention here is organic, I almost never eat anything that is not organic. Stay far away from all processed foods like those egos in his freezer.
This exact video is what jump started my Keto diet journey. I’ve gone back and forth in the years that have followed but I’ve seen nothing but positive results from maintaining a healthy diet centered around the consumption of high protein and healthy fat sources.

I did not see any vegetables in that refigerator and Kombucha is not made from mushrooms but he is right on about CHAGA mushrooms: amazing immune system support!
Some people call the SCOBY or mother a mushroom because it is fungal species or other yeast species, and kombucha means mushroom tea so he’s not too far off even though technically it’s a combination of yeasts and bacteria. I noticed the lack of veggies, but on Gabbys videos noticed they had huge garden so tended to pick most of what they ate fresh daily, benefit of gardening in Hawaii
I would think he would lack the crazy amount of energy in that case. If you have chronic fatigue of some type, caffeine only brings you up to baseline.
@3RD Werks Well, most people like chiros that claim AF is real are really describing HPA Axis dysfunction. You can eat proper and still have this. In my case I was taking too many stimulants for too wrong. I'm sure excessive stress, poor sleep, and other variables can cause this too.
I’m an athlete, I drink coffee, and I have adrenal fatigue. I should not be having coffee because it definitely makes it worse. When you exercise regularly (overexercise as well) you release cortisol and adrenaline into your blood stream. I struggle tremendously with insomnia because the cortisol and adrenaline from exercise keep me up even though I’m exhausted. Adrenal fatigue isn’t uncommon in athletes
Plants and animals. Raw dairy for sure. That's what my body shows me. Quality raised of course. Greens are great too, lettuce, parsely,… and even cucumbers are great, a 'fruit green'.

Alcohol is the waste product of breaking down sugar by bacteria. It is all about the sugar
Laird is the cool uncle , every kid looks forward to seeing at holidays, annual camping trips and annual family dinners. You look forward to hearing his latest fishing story catching bonita fish.
That seems like a pretty weird diet. Don't understand the coffee and creamers. What does he mean by "raw dairy"? Why is he eating fish in plastic wrappers whilst living so close to the ocean? That said he looks great and is living proof it works.
....AT FULL SPEED. love this guy
FYI: Chaga grows in lots of states, so definitely not just in one area.
The greatest surfer to ever live.
Resik307 not the greatest but he’s up there
Laird always sounds like he has had 17 cups of coffee in every interview I’ve seen. I wonder if he has adrenal fatigue?
I would think he would lack the crazy amount of energy in that case. If you have chronic fatigue of some type, caffeine only brings you up to baseline.
@3RD Werks Well, most people like chiros that claim AF is real are really describing HPA Axis dysfunction. You can eat proper and still have this. In my case I was taking too many stimulants for too wrong. I'm sure excessive stress, poor sleep, and other variables can cause this too.
Nope...he's just running on salmon !
....smart lad
He's right, that's why he's so lean. He's economic with his diet.
Where do i find Raw Dairy 🥛 🐄
I like this guy a lot but isn’t kombucha, tea that’s fermented? Never heard of one with a mushroom...
How do you make the special coffee he drinks?
Speaking the truth!
Chaga grows in most temperate areas of the world as well as the arctic.
This guy is the real deal
The camera man did a wonderful job.
