I tried this and it was absolutely amazing I’m pregnant and craved ash and I’ve never cooked it before 😮 And it turned out amazing just like how I love it
Great format; it's calming and simple. I want to try this recipe to connect with Persian people's favorite dish and hopefully have more peace in the world through sharing culture.
Thx so much for introducing my country’s most favorite dish to people😍 Though its original recipe is a bit different and the noodles we use are a type specially designed for ash reshteh. Using spaghetti is a good idea for people who don’t have access to those noodles called “reshteh”.
@@Vik470 Reshteh noodles are made from a basic unleavened dough rolled thin and cut into strips about 1/2 cm wide. In the old days and in provinces pastas were unavailable so each household did their own noodles. Nowadays reshteh noodles are mostly substituted by fettucine noodles.
Thank you so much for the yummy yummy aash e rishte recipe. I have been to Iran many times and stayed there for several years. I used Cook this dish but had totally forgotten the recipe now. I will certainly cook from this recipe.
My dear thank you for introducing Ash Reshteh. However the original recipe is different. We don't fry herbs after pouring water to beans we add herbs. The type of noodles are different too, we use special noodles for Ashley Reshteh that are available in Persian and Afghan stores. For garnishing we use fried onion, garlic and fried dried mint with some oil mix together and also Kash of course! Thank you though.
Bluebell Recipes aah, thanks for that. looks completely diff to the western- does it taste specific, or just like the western chives, i.e. milder version of spring onion..?
I’m sorry I don’t mean to be rude, but this is not Ash Reshteh at all !!! Thank you for trying to introduce one of our traditional foods but this is just giving the wrong recipe to those who don’t know about this food !! And think this is actually how it’s made.
Trying to say only Purrrrrsians can make the proper Aash when there are million different ways from province to province making it. She did all the basics correctly except the noodle is not what Purrrrrsians use. Excellent video.
This is not the proper way to make Ash reshte, please don’t disrespect my food and culture this is was a wrong horrible video you don’t use spaghetti noodles for Ash reshte , simply horrible
There is more than 1 way to make any recipe!! So if you cannot say anything nice....Say nothing. Your anonymity is not a license to bad mouth people and be rude. I thought Persians had more class than that...….I know my husband has.
Sima Soltani oh yeah says who? How bout you go and show the public what you’re capable of! Cooking is not what you make but what you create! Go use your bad language somewhere else you disrespectful woman! Stop giving Iranians a bad name because of people like yourself!
Hahaha spagetthi noodle instead of reshte hhaha you are the best 😂😂😂😂 i think every iranian want fall from chair if they see that hahha thank you for video😂🎉🎉❤❤❤❤
This looks so delicious! Thank You.

It’s good but no where near our favourite dish 😭
Yummy, I love ashe reshte so much.
I just tried this for the first time, at a Persian restaurant. It was excellent.
I’m making this right now for today’s lunch here in Italy. It’s coming along quite well and smells delicious. Thank you for posting this recipe.

Remember the first time I tried this my fave 😍
Hi I have a cooking page and I recently made ash without the noodles instead with oats if you'd like to check it out
#MoVlogArnab
I have the exact same recipe, with the exception of adding 1 cup of kishk. That gives an unbelievable flavor.

What is Reshteh (noodles) made of? This is a very healthy (full of herbs and protein) dish.
@@Vik470 "Reshteh" is a whole wheat noodle. It is thicker than Spaghetti.

Looks yummy, Iam sure it's tastes yummy too. Iam gonna try making it, although I have never made anything in my life except for Maggi and eggs.
I always use lots and lots of cilantro, flat parsley, green onion and spinach as my source of greens. So good! 😇

1/3 cup = 43 grams
great and easy to follow- one question- what type of chives is it? looks like grass..😮
Chinese chives / garlic chives
Bluebell Recipes aah, thanks for that. looks completely diff to the western- does it taste specific, or just like the western chives, i.e. milder version of spring onion..?
It’s taste a bit like garlic
Bluebell Recipes thank you!
Thanks
Where can I get the recipe please?
#MoVlogArnab
Very Nice I will try. but i need to use aash not youghut
It was interesting, but actually ashe reshteh in iran is really different from what you cooked.
Damn 🤣🤣

این که سوپه
Dusted doram iran
You shouldn’t use spaghetti noodles, but Persian style Reshte, which is roasted after it’s dried and has a totally different taste than noodles.
I'm sorry but SPAGHETTI NOODLES????
We actually don't have aush noodles, so spaghetti is the substitute for this....
But😮it wasn’t a real Ashe reshte, it’s a soup ! It’s completely different 😢
It was a very nice recipe until you ruined it by putting spaghetti noodles in it instead of authentic resteh noodles. Or home made ones.
You can call this ash reshteh. But not persian recepie. This was totally hacked. Not like any real persian Ash Reshteh I'm had before.
Pakistani recipies are much better. This looks like poor peoples food here in lahore.
I’m sorry I don’t mean to be rude, but this is not Ash Reshteh at all !!! Thank you for trying to introduce one of our traditional foods but this is just giving the wrong recipe to those who don’t know about this food !! And think this is actually how it’s made.
You make a UA-cam channel and make the right one
Good for you❤@@elahanim8329

Looks like Ash Reshteh to me

NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH AN ADVICE I WILL GIVE YOU "DON'T EAT IN ONE MEAL MORE THAN THREE KINDS OF FOOD"

maybe Sima didn't say it nicely but this is not ashreshte if you make this in Iran they will tell you please don't cook anymore!!!😂
Poor Woman...Every ingredients are not available everywhere.....I am Indian learning to make it and will substitute with something not available here.
Lol stop making urself look stupid pls. Go educate urself bit more. U r embarrasing. 🤣🤦♂️
