    Omg! It looks easy to make! But when I make it , it takes all day! Yours look so authentic like my grandmother! I wish you had a restaurant! 😜

      that is not really whey, if you look up whey you ll see that it is some clear liquid left over from dairy making. Khask is something they make using whey. "Kashk is a range of fermented dairy products used in Iranian, Turkish, Balkan and Arab cuisines. Kashk has been a staple in the Persian diet for thousands of years. Persian “kashk” is a fermented / preserved food that comes in liquid or dried form. It is traditionally made with the whey left over from cheese-making."
