If water is less add more! If you add more water taste pls the salt .cuz maybe you must add more salt to it. You mean fresh parsley.. uhm at the end.. when its almost done😊👍
Hi, you boil the vegetables with the spaghetti together in a pan. Or you add everything together in a pressure cooker untill you hear it whistle. Than you turn off the stove and its ready
