    So… Linear or Exploratory? Which one do you go for, family?
    Also, did you find the Breath Guide useful?
    Your feedback is truly appreciated.
    Much love to you.
    🙏 Enjoy the practice.

      I enjoy both. But prefer more linear.
      I feel maybe I don’t trust my body at times? And seeing a clear demonstration physically what I have to do is easier for me.
      I feel I’m not messing up when I’m doing the linear ones. But always in the exploring I feel like I need it for my body and creativity, but I don’t feel I can handle most of them being like that 😢. But I enjoy both. I just get along with the linear ones in majority

    I personally much prefer this kind of mobility stuff than stretching in the morning when your muscles are cold. Love the creativity with what would otherwise be repetitive and mechanical. More like this please 🙏🏼 ❤

    As a much older beginning practitioner I prefer the linear instruction. I've always been fit, but my exercise has been more linearly directed (boxing, weight lifting, running) At 71 I feel that movement is my future. Thanks for your instruction.

    One quick note for the video editor: one side looks more blue than the other side, this is because the light from the window is blue when this video was recorded. This can be fix with white balance of the external light or in post with a gradient filter
    Thank you for the video

    Wild Cossacks is Terrific & so is this music.. I turned the Wall Exercise w/buttocks on wall side with a 360 Circular motion. This flowed. Use a towel & sliders even paper plates lol❕

    Methodic to watch. You do this most mornings? This would be something I'd be doing at night for recovery but i also do more than calisthenics (strongman, powerlifting, clubbells and kettlebells, and jogging/sprinting)

    • @SaturnoMovement
      @SaturnoMovement  Рік тому +2

      Doing it at night would also be a great idea. I'd take it easy on the shaking however, in case it energizes you too much. Something to be tested though. ;) - Yassir

    • @drip369
      @drip369 Рік тому +2

      @@SaturnoMovement yes! Will try the full body movements for mobility and flexibility. I stretch at night before I meditate, and will also do corrective work before I do all of that, before bed, under red lights. Very relaxing.

    • @drip369
      @drip369 Рік тому

      Free weights. You can explore volume, tempo, and other intensity measures, but your growth&strength need external load to overcome. Machines are for newbies and those recovering from injuries. Kettlebells might help you get more lower body stimulus
