I've been following along with Fightmaster Yoga for about 4 years now, and her beginner 30 day is my go-to, I just like doing that one over and over, it's easy, it's relaxed.... she teaches and gives tips on avoiding injury. Thanks to that aspect of it, I probably would have followed yours this morning and hurt a knee or something, but I know how to place my feet and knees to truly follow your movements in a productive way. I was going to give up and have knee replacements, but I tried your channel and now I am able to do all of these and my hamstrings, quads, calves, IT band has SIGNIFICANTLY loosened up! The body is feeling great after these mobility exercises. After over 20 years of weight training and returning to Karate my body has been feeling stiff and sore - that’s been my normal. I will implement these exercises into my daily training. The feet and hips have been very tight but sitting in seiza and practicing the hip movements have helped significantly. These mobility exercises are undervalued! Thank you.
Becoming a fast fan of your videos. My shoulder mobility is so poor that what seemed like a simple open arm exercise was very taxing for me. I'll keep at it. I don't know what the hell I did, but I managed to hack my sleep. Now I am able to wake up by myself at 230am. Well only two days in a row. I started my sleep hygiene last week (Oct 16th) going to bed at 8pm to fall asleep at 9pm (I have sleeping problems #ptsd) but this week I have introduced your sessions before bed, and when I wake up and let me tell you the difference in my life. I am 40 and couldn't come to terms that I had turned my back on training, but now I take it 1 day at a time looking for the fun in it, vs seeing fitness as chore. So I just wanted to give you a great big stretchy hug, and a thank you S.S. for your help.

Strenthside is my top choice for daily follow along. I love all the flow and movement. Josh and Trevor keep it fresh and fun. The only down side are the ads. Breath and Flow are my second choice when I want some ad free yoga.

pretty much my whole life (I'm 25 y/o) I've had very little exercise that requires full body mobility, and now I'm soo fascinated and addicted to these videos because I finally feel like I'm gaining full control over my body and better joint movement and flexibility. I'm really enjoying taking control over my body, in particular my lower body since it's the weakest part, I'm really making it a priority to dominate my lower body, love it!
Janice - I have to see to the chucks 1st thing - but came back and did this and it was good - have a problem with my hip and will not have replacement surgery as with knee!
So close to what I intuitively do every day. Will slow it down and widen it up though from now on instead of rushing it and treating it like a workout.

That last wide leg stance with side to side twist released my hip that has been jacked up for weeks. I always do it with a narrow stance. Thank you for the slight change, it made a huge difference!!! ❤🎉
Just love it 💓 thank you for this, I have been using it the last two days while quarantined at home with covid. Especially love the coming in and out of two moves in order to get more length each time. Was surprised at how well that worked. I try many moves as I rehab my spinal fusion from 20 years ago , fixing lots of imbalances I’ve acquired since having children. You do great work and we appreciate this good help 🙌🏼

I usually go with revamp fitness morning routine but this seems useful if you have a good amount of time to spare
