    15 minute ONLY routine to improve shoulder mobility, fix rounded shoulders, and strengthen your upper and lower back muscles! This Back-Bending routine will open the chest, shoulders, and lats, hip flexors, and improve upper thoracic mobility as a result.
    Whether you are working on handstands, hollow backs, wheel, v-sit, or you simply want to better your posture, this short routine is for you! No equipment needed, and all levels welcome, from beginner to advanced!

    Thank you for sharing! I do this routine everyday to fix my rounded shoulders and I feel better. I’m definitely not flexible due to intense Muay Thai Boran trainings, that made me become very strong 💪 but I think I need to improve mobility of the shoulders and posterior chain strength. I will appreciate more videos like this! 🙏

    Thank you so much for this wonderful practice. It was most beneficial. I have an issue with my right shoulder, in particular it's external rotation, and this routine certainly felt so good, and must have really worked well my shoulder mobility.     I'm following your channel for some time and your materials are really helpful.
    I have already improved my hamstrings and hips mobility so much, as well as your training routine for V-sit seems to work and I see improvements after only a month of training.
    Now I just need to fix my shoulders mobility for handstands and here I think I've got another useful material :)
