15 minute ONLY routine to improve shoulder mobility, fix rounded shoulders, and strengthen your upper and lower back muscles! This Back-Bending routine will open the chest, shoulders, and lats, hip flexors, and improve upper thoracic mobility as a result.
Whether you are working on handstands, hollow backs, wheel, v-sit, or you simply want to better your posture, this short routine is for you! No equipment needed, and all levels welcome, from beginner to advanced!

Thank you for sharing! I do this routine everyday to fix my rounded shoulders and I feel better. I’m definitely not flexible due to intense Muay Thai Boran trainings, that made me become very strong 💪 but I think I need to improve mobility of the shoulders and posterior chain strength. I will appreciate more videos like this! 🙏

I have already improved my hamstrings and hips mobility so much, as well as your training routine for V-sit seems to work and I see improvements after only a month of training.
Now I just need to fix my shoulders mobility for handstands and here I think I've got another useful material :)
