You seem so humble but at the Same time are super motivating for the viewer. This is a great ab workout and i will try to reach a state, where i can finish it on the Hard variants from beginning till end, thank you!

Will have to try this,The 15 minute routine was fire very good I could compelte it but definitely burned a lot Edit:Did it today at the end of training,Nit that hard us the 15 minute one,completed it perfectly but it has a pretty good intensity and I feel its healthier for Hiperlordosis and this one you really can do 3 or 4 times to be a Core session,Its very complete and I think that being 30 seconds each exercise is less tiring for the mind than 1 and makes it more dynamic also It has more rests,Overall Very good routine thanks!!!
