    That was the most emotional abs routine I have ever done. The grind, the "stay with me...", repeating 5 and 4 and 3 and making it 15 extra seconds to push through, the song in the resting phase in the end. I really enjoyed this one. Thanks Saturno!

    This seriously is the best core workout I ve ever seen. 10 mins-no excuse !! Go for it guys/girls/earth family. All other videos are amazing too but I do quiet some workout, but this made me feel my core for 2 days, thats vow it feels when muscles grow 👌

    I was following your previous 15 min core video for the last few months. At the beginning I found that to be at a 9. Now I found this to be at 5. This progress and growth is all due to you guys and the amazing content you provide. Namaste.

      @@SaturnoMovement I look forward to testing myself :P I think part of this is psychological. Since I was used to doing 15 mins earlier, 10 mins in comparison felt a lot easier. Tomorrow, I will try this with ankle weights. Thanks again!

      @@SaturnoMovement To be honest, the routine felt kinda easy as I've been practising the 15 minutes routine for months. However, it's killer indeed. It's a perfect routine to do after my main routine!

      @@SaturnoMovement alternated between the easy and hard variations. super challenging for me but a little more forgiving than your 15 minutes ab workout that includes just a 30 second break.
      I'd say 7.5

    Will have to try this,The 15 minute routine was fire very good I could compelte it but definitely burned a lot
    Edit:Did it today at the end of training,Nit that hard us the 15 minute one,completed it perfectly but it has a pretty good intensity and I feel its healthier for Hiperlordosis and this one you really can do 3 or 4 times to be a Core session,Its very complete and I think that being 30 seconds each exercise is less tiring for the mind than 1 and makes it more dynamic also It has more rests,Overall Very good routine thanks!!!
