To improve my gymnastics skills repertoire! Like the V-Sit, as you said. Core strength is absolutely CRITICAL for most tough elements in Artistic Gymnasts and that's why training core is a must for me!
All of the above! I want to do something harder than sit-ups but also recovery from squats and deadlifts (and bench press etc.) so I want to be able to pancake etc. 👍🙌
Thanks once again Gabo. Question... on the Seated/straddle leg lifts (@13:56), are you supposed to avoid pushing down on your hands to aid the lift? I find that because it's such a challenge for me, the hands on the ground tend to push down to give me support, which makes it easier to lift the legs. I'm guessing we should avoid that and focus solely on lifting with our hip flexor strength alone, yes?
I want to access pancake just because I like how it looks, also I know I need it for building up to press to handstand later down the road! Really great content, I enjoy practicing with your videos!

Can I do your (A) "20 Minutes Yoga Routine for Beginners" and (B) "Daily Hip Flexors & Quads Stretches For Beginners" together with this? Is the order important?

It has been a pleasure to do it and I just want to congratulate you and the team. You've become a part of my journey to handstand and part of my life.
Can you do it more than 3 times a week as well? I really have super bad hip flexor strength and also have spinal fusion which makes some things more difficult as my spine is not very mobile (10 cm metal fusion in the middle of the spine). So really want to work on my hip flexor strength🙈 In
Its a bit Inaproppiate but does anybody know what i can do against getting a coregasm when doing these Like i love doing core compression work and the burn and knowing i am pushing hard its just great but i cant go to failure because i get coregasms
