Sent for your program. I’m 71 and like starching, it’s very hard feels good after. Started a gym 4 years ago. Find the members so helpful and encouraging. Hanging very hard but helped get 2 inches of height back and posture much better. Only took 3 years. Thank you for helping.
Yo this is amazing, as a 21 year old who’s learning more about the truth of nutrition and more about different fitness style, this makes me happy to hear. Keep up the good work
I’m 6’1, 300lbs and as stiff as they come. Especially in the hips. I’ve start off every morning for the past month with a combo of your “morning stretches” and the “daily practice” this really rejuvenated my body. This has been more effective than any other workout plan I’ve done. You guys literally answered my wants of not wanting lift weight anymore but wanting to work on my flexibility My goal initially was to be “healthy” enough to play with my kids…then it hit me, i need to be “healthy” enough to PLAY WITH MY GRANDKIDS!!! And you guys answered my needs THANK YOU🙏🏽 STAY GENUINE!!!
I’m with you. 6’6”. 65 years old. Was 350# pre Covid. Couple bouts of that (I’ll spare you the specifics) and today I’m 270# I called it “the Covid diet” haha. Anyway, I’ve similar goals (even though my “grandkids” are HS and college age) Been trying to work up to full squats and full hangs for several months now. I’m getting there. Good luck it your progress.
I’m 69 & have stayed pretty fit all my life. I do stretch every morning. I don’t take any medication. Just finished a month of snow skiing blues and blacks with my grandkids. Also can boat surf with grandkids on the board with me. Your future health is worth keeping up a strength, stretch, aerobic and healthy eating routing. The rewards are BIG, hang in there.
Me, mid 60's. Might I suggest eliminating starches/sugars and cutting back on dairy for starters. It is tough at times and while I don't have a severe overweight issue, joint stiffness is very much a problem. It is worst when I deviate from being strict with myself. After more than five years of cutting sugars/starches way back, I am much, much better.
Now, in my 30s, my fitness goals have shifted from heavy lifting to prioritizing mobility and flexibility. I have increased my flexibility since following you gentleman this past February. My lifts have also been improving because of a better range of motion and my recovery rate has significantly improved. I have been doing mobility and stretching for 6 times a week for 30 minutes after lifting and I feel the best I have ever had. My gratitude and appreciation to this channel. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom 🙏
Years and years of nothing but powerlifting has left me injured and stiff. Thank you so much for this free program to follow. I desperately needed this
I can’t believe I’ve been asking for this and my wish finally came true!! Thank you guys so much! I know you probably wanted to charge for it but I guarantee you you’ll probably/hopefully get at least another quarter of a million subscribers or even more from providing this content for free. 🎉❤
You both are changing lives. I am 2 years into a recovery from a 25+ yrs eating disorder. I punished my body for years with an unhealthy exercise routine. I am so excited to see what my new healthy body, mind and spirit can do. Your videos are inspiring and supportive. Thank you
LOVE this channel - the fact that they had a plan to screenshot and called that out just shows how much they actually want to teach and help, also having the adjusted versions of each is awesome. Such positivity, you earned a sub and a like on the video.
Thank you Bruhdz🙏 i an 53yrs old trying to recover from many unattended injuries from the past. i don't have access to much equipment, is there a way to do these stretches with less equipment? Thank you again for all your help🙏 Yah bless 🙏
I'm a very tall, fit guy with a bodt build Im very proud of. But I am so incredibly inflexable, to the point that I have chronic back pain. Im sweating just watching this, but I am so thankful for this. Starting today!!!
I’m going to try and incorporate this routine. I am and avid weight trainer, pickleball and tennis player. I deal with hip, knee, calf, and lower back discomfort. My physical therapist told me I had really tight ankles and limited range. I am a quick and fast athlete but often in discomfort due to lack of flexibility. Thanks for all the videos you provide.
I really appreciate when you guys specify where you should be *feeling* the stretch, that is something missing in a lot of info about stretching which frustrates me, as it helps you judge whether you're doing it right when you dont have a trainer to assist!
I’m hyper mobile, and learning to NOT push my body past a reasonable point has been a challenge, but watching stuff like this helps give me a reference for a reasonable range without aggressively overextending because I’m not realizing I’m going too far into it. Helps prevent injury/my bones shifting out of place and getting stuck
Same here, after quite a few overextend caused injuries, I'm trying to learn what I can and can't do when it comes to exercising and it is definitely challenging
Im all about yoga, but sometimes I wonder what can be added to it to make it better. In the end there is nothing new under the sun, yoga has it all. Im grateful for this video, because this topic needs more support. No matter what you are doing, just do it regulary.

Hello there, I just found this video this week, and after watching it a couple of times, I think I am ready to try it out. I’ll return here in three months to report my results 😀 thank you for the well-detailed explanation, modification, and schedule. It is nice of you to share your knowledge 😍

Have discovered this at the perfect time. Getting back to working out after 3 month break. Decided I need to focus on mobility and flexibility as much as strength due to the usual desk bound related issues. (How can hips get so tight!?!) This is exactly what i am looking for and have just done mobility A, humbling in places. Look forward to getting some progression. Thanks guys for all your great videos.
Thank you for this! I was just thinking how I needed to start simplifying my mobility and follow a program instead of trying new exercises all the time. Perfect timing! Excited to try this for a few months 😊

this looks perfect for me, but I think I'm going to do an easier one from Dr. Kristie Ennis for a few weeks first to get my muscles woke up before I challenge them this much. I'm 63 but there has been a time in my life when I was reasonably flexible and except for having a minor hip injury and a bunch of tightness I'm in reasonably good shape so I think in 6-12 months this will get me where I want to be. Thanks for putting it together.

Omg this is saving my life. Huge mobility issues for years. Tried yoga, pt, corrective strength exercises and none of it really got me out of pain. This did. How can I support you guys and what you are doing?
I’m 52, been weight training for 39 years and as an old school gen x golds gym dude… we NEVER stretched! 😂 it was frowned upon😂🤣 Honestly…I thought I was in good shape and took for granted that bad knees, sore back and tight hips were part of aging. Was I ever wrong!! Almost three years into my yoga and stretching daily regiment and I have had miraculously fixed knees, hips and back! Literally reversed time. Recommend highly ✌🏼
Love this! It would be great if you made a playlist of your mobility series. These are so helpful during my long woek days. I've already started to see changes on my body since I've been following your tutorials.

Saving this one, ty.
Awesome stuff guys - thanks, I have followed for a few years now, and can tell a big difference at 62, but have a longggg way to go.
Thank you so much for this. I can't believe how difficult the couch stretch is for me. I have to do it on an actual couch currently.
Hi Josh how did you heal your torn meniscus? Did went under surgery?
FANTASTIC videos. Congratulations😀🙏💪👍
You guys are literally the best!
The best video ever. Thanks Bradley Cooper
You my friend, have read my mind!! Thank you!!
I'm not even halfway through and I'm sure this is what I've been looking for! Liked, subscribed, and ready to start!
I’m 52, been weight training for 39 years and as an old school gen x golds gym dude… we NEVER stretched! 😂 it was frowned upon😂🤣
Honestly…I thought I was in good shape and took for granted that bad knees, sore back and tight hips were part of aging.
Was I ever wrong!! Almost three years into my yoga and stretching daily regiment and I have had miraculously fixed knees, hips and back! Literally reversed time. Recommend highly ✌🏼
Dude this is soo fire. I’ve been looking for something like this for so long
Saved to favorites, thank you!
Thanks guys!
Thank you soo much for sharing, such a huge help!!!
Love this! It would be great if you made a playlist of your mobility series. These are so helpful during my long woek days. I've already started to see changes on my body since I've been following your tutorials.
Thank you guys for this,it means a lot
I am adding this to my workout
Incredible video bro🍾
Many of these stretches are very common practice for ballet dancers... cool! An extra challenge can be to un-sickle your heel-to-toe. Thanks!
Can’t wait to start working on this. Thanks my bro 🙏🏻
