So you have your strength training program, but do you have a mobility program? Don't worry, that's what we're here for! Most people know the importance of becoming strong in our bodies and maybe even the importance of doing a warm-up stretch before your routine. But we should also give that same awareness to our mobility. As we age, mobility plays an important role in our overall health. Getting up without pain, your range of motion, and being able to move your body with ease are all signs of your mobility. Let's give this important practice the attention it deserves! These stretching exercises are key for breaking through stiff joints. A structured mobility routine is important for making progress. - Розваги
Sent for your program. I’m 71 and like starching, it’s very hard feels good after. Started a gym 4 years ago. Find the members so helpful and encouraging. Hanging very hard but helped get 2 inches of height back and posture much better. Only took 3 years. Thank you for helping.
Incredible. Thanks for sharing, this is great motivation ❤
that's great!
Great inspiration 👏
Yo this is amazing, as a 21 year old who’s learning more about the truth of nutrition and more about different fitness style, this makes me happy to hear. Keep up the good work
You don’t write like a 71 year old.
I’m 6’1, 300lbs and as stiff as they come. Especially in the hips. I’ve start off every morning for the past month with a combo of your “morning stretches” and the “daily practice” this really rejuvenated my body. This has been more effective than any other workout plan I’ve done. You guys literally answered my wants of not wanting lift weight anymore but wanting to work on my flexibility
My goal initially was to be “healthy” enough to play with my kids…then it hit me, i need to be “healthy” enough to PLAY WITH MY GRANDKIDS!!!
And you guys answered my needs
THANK YOU🙏🏽
STAY GENUINE!!!
I’m with you. 6’6”. 65 years old. Was 350# pre Covid. Couple bouts of that (I’ll spare you the specifics) and today I’m 270# I called it “the Covid diet” haha. Anyway, I’ve similar goals (even though my “grandkids” are HS and college age) Been trying to work up to full squats and full hangs for several months now. I’m getting there. Good luck it your progress.
That's a great goal! Keep it up
I’m 69 & have stayed pretty fit all my life. I do stretch every morning. I don’t take any medication. Just finished a month of snow skiing blues and blacks with my grandkids. Also can boat surf with grandkids on the board with me. Your future health is worth keeping up a strength, stretch, aerobic and healthy eating routing. The rewards are BIG, hang in there.
@@EricWeissgarber-ib1rm Awesome, sir! 👍 It’s much better to stay the (correct) course rather than turn 180° as I’m trying to do
Me, mid 60's. Might I suggest eliminating starches/sugars and cutting back on dairy for starters. It is tough at times and while I don't have a severe overweight issue, joint stiffness is very much a problem. It is worst when I deviate from being strict with myself. After more than five years of cutting sugars/starches way back, I am much, much better.
Now, in my 30s, my fitness goals have shifted from heavy lifting to prioritizing mobility and flexibility. I have increased my flexibility since following you gentleman this past February. My lifts have also been improving because of a better range of motion and my recovery rate has significantly improved. I have been doing mobility and stretching for 6 times a week for 30 minutes after lifting and I feel the best I have ever had. My gratitude and appreciation to this channel. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom 🙏
that's great!
It really works
Quick question, when you do it after. Do you to these mobility A and B, and just swap every other day
LOVE this channel - the fact that they had a plan to screenshot and called that out just shows how much they actually want to teach and help, also having the adjusted versions of each is awesome. Such positivity, you earned a sub and a like on the video.
I can’t believe I’ve been asking for this and my wish finally came true!! Thank you guys so much! I know you probably wanted to charge for it but I guarantee you you’ll probably/hopefully get at least another quarter of a million subscribers or even more from providing this content for free. 🎉❤
Nah we never even thought about charging for it. This should be a free resource for anyone :)
@@Strengthside some heroes do Not wear Capes :)
@@michaeltratter3778 they wear very little it seems. 👍
Years and years of nothing but powerlifting has left me injured and stiff.
Thank you so much for this free program to follow. I desperately needed this
Love this! It would be great if you made a playlist of your mobility series. These are so helpful during my long woek days. I've already started to see changes on my body since I've been following your tutorials.

Thanks so much guys, you are awesome! Thanks also for your always really pleasant way of addressing topics and people - much appreciated 😊🙏
Thankyou both! This is so appreciated. I'll definitely be sharing this routine with some other people who need it, as well as using it myself 💛
I often work on the floor, and the more mobile/flexible I get, the more physically dynamic my work sessions become. It's really fun!
The Internet and the people using it to spread good information are absolutely awesome! Wish I had access to this stuff 20 years ago. Thanks
Am 65 y.o. and am finally learning about mobility and flexibility through your UA-cam channel, kudos brothers! In the process, I’ve learned that I’m not that flexible, but will continue the work by watching your videos.
So so so grateful to you two, the clarity and intention of this video is the BEST. Big thank you!
Great work! Will definitely keep this one on deck because it has been a while since I have specifically worked on mobility... and I can feel it. Thanks as always and take care.
wow! This made me feel soooooo much better! Thank you!!
Thanks so much! Exactly what I've been looking for!
Thank you! Something simple, well rounded, fast acting and easy to follow was just what I was looking for!
Thank you so much for sharing this!! I started a couple of stretches in a previous video and I have been enjoying and feeling the effect
YES!! Thank you so much for this! This is a great niche and you guys are the only ones in it. I am sure it will grow to a full scale movement with gym programs and so on.
This is friggen gold!!! thank you so so much guys! as 6'3 240lb hockey goalie this is essential for me! really really apprecite this!
EXACTLY what I was looking for. Thank you!
Thanks man! Most of these I've seen from you over the past year, but to put it all together is VERY useful... especially just coming off back physical therapy. BTW, having 2 Hash bros on one topic is like Strength Side squared!! Lovin that. And, is this space your new build-out?! So jealous! 😮
Incredible!! Thank you😊
I can feel my psoas stretching already.
Thank you SO much for this stretching gold.
Much LOVE from your namesake in
The Caribbean, St. Croix in The USVI.
I have been looking for something like this for over a year! (And secretly hoping you guys would put it together 😉). Thank you for putting this together 🙌🏻💛 So helpful!
I had the feeling you were :)
Thanks guys, this is definitely needed!🙌🏿👏🏾🕺🏽🧘🏾♂️👍🏼😊💜
Thank you SO MUCH for this!
I've been looking for something like this for ages! Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing. Very clear instructions. Great video.
The information you provide is very helpful to round out my exercise routine. I yoga daily and this is like an add on. I’m glad i found your channel as it’s a great way to mix things up 🙏
Thank you for this! I was just thinking how I needed to start simplifying my mobility and follow a program instead of trying new exercises all the time. Perfect timing! Excited to try this for a few months 😊
perfect timing. Looking forward to your results!
Thank you so much, this is awesome.
I’m going to give this a good 3 months and see what progress I can get. Love the simplicity of this
Great videos guys, thank you. Your narrative is clear and concise.
This is amazing. Exactly what I’ve been wanting thank you
Thank you, I needed to update my stretching routine and this looks like it will help immensely
Holy crap... the strength program combined with this mobility program is outstanding. This is essentially exactly what I've been looking to transition to. Thank you, guys, SO MUCH 🙏🏼
Great program, started today and will work hard to keep it up. Looking forward to seeing and feeling the gains. 🙏
This looks like a fantastic resource. Thank you!
Thankyou for this, it's awesome, I've been looking for something like this for ages 😊
Great routine brother ive been doing for a week now and still struggling with couch stretches but still feel better than ever. thank you
You guys are incredible and so generous with your time and knowledge. Much appreciated ❤
I love you guys. Thanks so much for the consistently high value advice and content.
Very grateful for this video, thank you so much! ❤
Much needed. Thanks!
GREAT! Thanks guys!
I’m hyper mobile, and learning to NOT push my body past a reasonable point has been a challenge, but watching stuff like this helps give me a reference for a reasonable range without aggressively overextending because I’m not realizing I’m going too far into it. Helps prevent injury/my bones shifting out of place and getting stuck
Same here, after quite a few overextend caused injuries, I'm trying to learn what I can and can't do when it comes to exercising and it is definitely challenging
Awesome stuff guys - thanks, I have followed for a few years now, and can tell a big difference at 62, but have a longggg way to go.
Saved to favorites, thank you!
Thank you for this!
Awesome stretches and explanations
I’m 64 and just started doing yoga . Seems like I get stiffness after class. Can’t wait to start your program to see where it takes me.
Thanks for the info
I really appreciate when you guys specify where you should be *feeling* the stretch, that is something missing in a lot of info about stretching which frustrates me, as it helps you judge whether you're doing it right when you dont have a trainer to assist!
Can’t wait to start working on this. Thanks my bro 🙏🏻
This is great, thankyou so much!
I’m a 230lb bodybuilder with terrible mobility. This is pretty life saving for me. Thank you man?
Omg thank you, i loved your channel since ever and waited for this! Thank you so much!
Saving this one, ty.
I’m going to try and incorporate this routine. I am and avid weight trainer, pickleball and tennis player. I deal with hip, knee, calf, and lower back discomfort. My physical therapist told me I had really tight ankles and limited range. I am a quick and fast athlete but often in discomfort due to lack of flexibility. Thanks for all the videos you provide.
I appreciate you! Thanks for the video
Thank you guys for this,it means a lot
Excellent program!!
You absolute legends for doing the screenshot part, was sorta following along and loved the routine, thank you very much!
Thank you for the great work guys!!
Great ideas for whole body stretching. Definitely check into doing. Thanks.🙏📖😇
You've created the master stretching routine we've been searching for, God bless 🙏🏾
Thank you soo much for sharing, such a huge help!!!
Been looking for this for so long. Thank you good sir
Super psyched to work on my mobility with this program. I've been getting yoga for years with little flexibility gain. I've been trying some of the exercises here only for a few days and already noticing significant improvement. Truly amazing. Thanks for sharing this program!!
Hello there, I just found this video this week, and after watching it a couple of times, I think I am ready to try it out. I’ll return here in three months to report my results 😀 thank you for the well-detailed explanation, modification, and schedule. It is nice of you to share your knowledge 😍
Omg this is saving my life. Huge mobility issues for years. Tried yoga, pt, corrective strength exercises and none of it really got me out of pain. This did. How can I support you guys and what you are doing?
This is brilliant ❤❤
Thank you.
Tried some exercises but not in a routine like this.
Best wishes
Have not followed structured stretch plan. Will start this plan now. Thanks 🙏
Would you recommend this before or after a workout?
After. Your body is already warm and the stretching will be good for worked muscles.
This is so great thanks so much brothers. Great points on what to keep contracted while stretching. thanks again!!
Thank you for your work! Your videos are so helpful and inspiring. The best stretching videos I have seen so far.
Thanks!
Thank you for this video, ❤
This channel is GOLDEN!
You guys are literally the best!
Thanks for this video.
This is so awesome! Thank you!
Thank you! I’m going to try this program
Thank you for the video!
Great video great routine. Congratulations guys.
FANTASTIC videos. Congratulations😀🙏💪👍
Your work is invaluable. You are the next level Humans. Thank you!!!!
Good stuff 😊 I strongly believe in stretching and flexibility . It’s hard to start but I stuck with it and I have more energy and relieves a tremendous amount of stress . Thank you 🙏
Have never followed a flexibility plan. Now that I’ve found you guys. I’m all in.
I'm so excited to add this to my routine.... thanks
this is awesome, thank you guys 💙🙏
Cheers for the free program! I need this. Will be incorporating yoga and Pilate's too, will take it easy at first.
Thanks guys!
Im all about yoga, but sometimes I wonder what can be added to it to make it better. In the end there is nothing new under the sun, yoga has it all.
Im grateful for this video, because this topic needs more support.
No matter what you are doing, just do it regulary.
Your videos are great , thank you
Have discovered this at the perfect time. Getting back to working out after 3 month break. Decided I need to focus on mobility and flexibility as much as strength due to the usual desk bound related issues. (How can hips get so tight!?!) This is exactly what i am looking for and have just done mobility A, humbling in places. Look forward to getting some progression. Thanks guys for all your great videos.
Dude this is soo fire. I’ve been looking for something like this for so long
Thank you!
Hey. Thank you guys. This looks like a great routine. Going to run this and see how it goes! Thanks ❤
Thank you 🙏🏾.
I desperately needed this, thanks
This is awesome, thanks 🙏
