I do every day 1 of the 4 morning routines that Yassir did, to get everything flowing and I love It, I also do your 15 min rounded shoulders fix to keep a good posture, healthy shoulders and also to gain mobility on back Bridge. You should do more like those routines,these one is lighter and seems more suitable to do In the middle of a busy day, to reset the mind and clarify your ideas.

I and probably a lot of people would really love a video series of full body workout splits weight training or calisthenics for strength and muscles but also increasing flexibility and mobility. Or you can guide on how to form a workout schedule out of all the videos already on UA-cam. Thank you for all the wonderful knowledge you have given for past 2 years. It's only because of you now I can do a complete forward bend, headstand and hold handstand for around 5-6 seconds.
I can do 10 pull ups and 12 to 15 straight bar dips but still can't do muscle ups and high pullups so could you give me any advice??? I can do muscle ups 4 to 5 using 60kg resistance band but i want to achieve it without any support?
This is great, I'm currently struggling with having time to exercise because school started to be very demanding but 5 minutes is so little time that nobody can have excuse to skip such a short but effective routine. Also can I ask Yassir to do dragon squat tutorial video or just a video short explaining what are the prerequisites for it and how to progress toward such an epic exercise? Would be great! In some exercises, it is good and sometimes it's not. Mention specific exercise you're talking about.
Nit bad but if you give straight arm a tension of weight the do it very very slowly
Tbh, in my case locking out elbow has resulted in bigger and stronger triceps. Bent arm will focus more on biceps.
