Wish you could have been more detailed as to how to remove those panels and trims, rather than just speed through the process.

No clue which Montero gen this is ...installation started halfway once panels were removed...no guidance on how to remove the panels or replace panels...what's the point of this video exactly?

Thanks for the video. My car doesnt have sub currently but will have mounting points. Wanted to confirm is there any sort of box or housing behind the speaker mounting point? Or is it just similiar to door speaker mount?

It’s just a metal frame. I believe I was able to reuse 1 existing threaded hole and had to use a self tapping screws to secure it.

So how did you screw it in at the end? The circular design I have can’t screw in like the square Mitsubishi one in the four corners.

I think I used some longer self tapping screws and went it straight into the body.
