Love your regular reminders to “you do you” - make it easier, make it harder, make it YOURS! Somehow you make me feel like it’s ok and expected that I might not get everything the first time through, and it’s ok to just keep moving. Really enjoying building my skills toward the intermediate choreo - not really there yet, but I’m working on it. In the meantime, loving the basic choreo workouts!

This was the perfect post-surgery workout. I didn’t use a bench, just a mat to give me a sense of pace and I took it slow. A good way to get me back into movement! Thank you, Chris!
since my knee replacement, I lost confidence about doing fast step with risers, however, because I can concentrate on being extra careful about foot placement on the slower routines, I did use risers for this one to great effect. So perfect for beginners and others who also need a slower workout for whatever reason from time to time. Lovely routine, thank you.

Basic choreography but the heart is pumping. I love the arms modifications - when it is too difficult for my health, I can just modify the arms or do the workout without a step! I'm a fan! ❤
I think this was maybe my second time for the live noon step and I really loved getting back to basics! I normally would not do a basic workout thinking it’s too easy but this helped me so much with my coordination and I still got an amazing workout! You explain everything so well and perfect pace! Definitely will go back and do more of the basic ones so I can get better and keep up with the advanced!❤ thank you so much Chris from not a cardio queen 😁

Chris, I used to to advanced step aerobics thirty years ago. I haven’t done it in decades. I’m 64-years-old next month and I started exercising again three months ago. I’m on the very lowest step. I started with you very beginner 20 minute step class. I tried this 30 minute step class today. It kicked my butt (in a good way) and I’m thrilled to have found you. You’re a great teacher. I LOVE your energy and I LOVE how real you are. THANK YOU for making fitness available to all of us. You’re a TREASURE! ❤

I’d never done step until yesterday, when I did your 20 min beginner session. Today I did this one and got very uncoordinated around 23 minutes, but loved it so will try it again! Thank you

Hi Chris when I started stepping with you after many years (like over 30), I was so uncoordinated! Now I alternate your basics with intermediate/advanced. On basics, I add extra risers and hop/jump on the various steps). On the intermediate/advanced, I just try to keep up with you which makes the time go faster (I know it's psychological)...and on both I get a great workout! Thanks so much!

Just completed one month of consistent step on your channel. And a few with added weights. And some stretches. I got up to intermediate too! Super fun. I appreciate you so much! Thinking about adding more arms now and then build up to advanced. I’m 53, so giving my knees and ankles some conditioning time before moving up to advanced. Happy to say I think I might be re-entering my step era! Thanks to you!🤩
