I decided on this one today because I was feeling a bit sore from weight training - this was still an incredible workout and such a calorie burner! I made it through! After being off for so long I did three 20-min step workouts this week. And made it through this one with a few extra water breaks. Very grateful for this one tonight. And great stretch at the end. Thanks for reposting it.

I’ve been “stepping “ since the 80’s & prefer the “basic” step as I can focus on keeping the right form & actually work out harder using correct routine with larger steps to increase my HR. 😊
Still tired from moving and unpacking from Bama to Arizona I made up my mind to get back in a routine. Back to working out by my desk. Had to break it up because oh yeah I'm getting over the crud. I kept moving and stopped when I needed. Can't wait to do the intermediate. ❤
This was perfect after a brain-busting Monday. I'll have to go back and look for the intermediate version later this week! Thanks for another great workout!

Raised my heart rate & worked up a sweat by adding a riser.
I felt my body needed to move a bit but the brain was fried so this was a perfect option this evening. the variety you give us is amazing. Thank you
