    Brain said: I'm lazy today.

    I consider myself an advanced stepper and sometimes I avoid the videos labeled “basic”. I decided on this one today because I was feeling a bit sore from weight training - this was still an incredible workout and such a calorie burner! Sometimes we don’t need anything fancy to have a great workout. Thanks Chris!

    I made it through! After being off for so long I did three 20-min step workouts this week. And made it through this one with a few extra water breaks. Very grateful for this one tonight. And great stretch at the end. Thanks for reposting it.

    In my 20s I used do a lot of step aerobic, close to my 40s I started again with your class. Omg I feel that I love cardio again! 🎉 So greatful to find your chanell ❤

    Slow but SWEATY! And EXACTLY what I needed for a bosu workout, obviously did some modifications for the equipment but the moves and the pace were PERFECT for what I was needing to accomplish today, thank you so much! Ready to take this day ON now 🎉

    I’ve been “stepping “ since the 80’s & prefer the “basic” step as I can focus on keeping the right form & actually work out harder using correct routine with larger steps to increase my HR. 😊

    Still tired from moving and unpacking from Bama to Arizona I made up my mind to get back in a routine. Back to working out by my desk. Had to break it up because oh yeah I'm getting over the crud. I kept moving and stopped when I needed. Can't wait to do the intermediate. ❤

    Had a cr@p few weeks and couldn't be bothered with exercising. I was in 'I'll do it tomorrow' mode. THIS WORKOUT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED THANK YOU ❤
    Before i knew it...... riser added, own intensity added, flair added and a smile added and I definitely won't be in 'dread' mode tomorrow night!

    A fantastic class, as per usual, Chris.
    So -- I was actually ON Romper Room as a five year-old. Mr. Do Bee scared the crap outta me.....I was just standing in horror, unable to do the circle dance. So they put me in the corner with the Don't Bees......😒😂.
