Of course, I didn't appreciate it at the the time. Lol. Thanks for the memories. It was hard to pay attention cause I kept wanting to sing. Lol. You're the best!! ❤️

You were the motivator for me to get back into strength training after only doing cardio for too long. I now do strength 3-4 days a week along with cardio and I am feeling great! Also my arms have definition again and my clothes are looser! Thank you, Chris!
Today I did this workout for the first time of no activity besides walking, after having a neck fusion 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. Even though I’m in a neck brace- I was able to do this work out with no step and just moving as I could! Hard to stay away from your workouts Chris! You inspire me all the time! Thank you! ❤

This was a great basic-intermediate step, easy to follow. I did miss the first few minutes but had just finished up with the today’s leg workout so I was warmed up already. Thank for all this wonderful workouts you put out. 🇨🇦
