I was going to do an hour long class but didn't have the time before other home items that needed to get done. I went for this 30 minute one and used a double riser on it and this was a very fulfilling class. I got a good sweat on and actually did the step ball change for once. I got some great steps added to my calculation today. Thank you!!

Really enjoyed this - just glad no one else could see me! I did it this morning before work and flubbed a lot of the choreography, but I’m going to go back tonight when I have more time and slow down the moves I missed. I did the alternate moves though which were very helpful!
