Katja, I am so grateful for you! This was my first workout after catching covid last week. It was a great practice to reconnect my mind to my body. The spine twist and stretch combo was especially excellent for my stiff back and shoulders. I'll definitely be sore tomorrow-- but a good sore hopefully :) Thank you!

Katya I cannot get my legs and back stretched out enough to be able to perform a seated forward fold over my legs even though I’ve been practicing for years I would love to see a series of classes focused on exercises and stretches to increase the mobility for this pose, if you think there would be enough interest from your other followers Blessings!
Thank you for your msg. Keep strengthening your hamstrings and glutes then stretch them out. Good one to do is reclined on your back with leg up, foot in a resistance band or hold with scarf. Stretch out your glutes as well as your calf muscles. If these muscles are tight, they are stopping your pelvis tilting forwards so you can stretch over your legs. 🙏😊🙏
