This video couldn't have come out at a better time. Spent the whole day shoveling out from a snow storm that just does not want to quit. Hello to Denise...loved the dance moves at the end. You ladies are fantastic and I feel marvelous now after that practice.

I’ll be doing this in the evenings. It looks very relaxing! Hopefully this will help with sleep. Question: Zelinda - where did you get the wooden chair you are sitting on? I’m only 4’10” and that looks like my feet may possibly reach the floor sitting on a chair like that.
Also…I like that little dance! You may need to give us a little “team Zelinda dance!” 😀👏🏼

This chair is from IKEA, but I have to tell you that it's actually pretty tall for me (5'4"), so I normally sit with yoga blocks under my feet for stability.
