My doctor recommended yoga to help rehabilitate my foot as I continue to heal post surgery. I really appreciate this type of yoga that helps me to enjoy moving in the body I have which looks different than so many other yoga practitioners.
finally a great way for me to get more into yoga. I have a bad back and a spare tire around my mid section so it limits what i can do as for now. Thank you so much for keeping bigger body people included in the fitness journey
Love these videos. Always struggle with boat pose and would never have thought to do a modification like that. Will be adding this to my usual routine along with the others💕
Thanks so much to both of you. I haven’t been able to do much movement over the last year since discovering that having my head below my heart when my heart rate is up can trigger migraines. I absolutely loved all the options that allowed me to stand and bend to my ability.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. I see your other comments that it was posted accidentally, but I'm so thankful it went live today! I was surprised at how much I could feel the poses physically working on my muscles while also being so gentle. I'm completely new to the yoga scene, but I think I might get more into it with videos like this! I also loved seeing a body that looks like mine doing the poses. I felt more relaxed and comfortable doing the poses alongside Denise (hope I spelled her name correctly!).

I really enjoy these strengthening practices. I have noticed a big difference since I have been concentrating on this. I know that my balance in tree pose has greatly improved. I had one wonky ankle and it is getting stronger. Thank you.
