    I have been following this practice in the mornings before work for a couple of weeks now. It helps my morning stiffness and I go to work a little more energized and grounded. Thank you so much!

      Thank you, Daniiea! This method of linking the breath and movement is a distinct characteristic of the Krishnamacharya Tradition of yoga. I have done most of my training at the Krishnamacharya yoga school in India. :)
