    This is perfect! We just finished a 2 week, cross-country trip and, as you can imagine, there was much sitting/driving. We did some short yoga sessions at our breaks and walked a lot at the places we visited, but I'm 40 and my wife is 50, so our hips still suffered a bit. Thanks, Zelinda, as always!

    I love this. It is helping me so much. Just wondering if you could streamline some of these work outs for a 15-20 min morning routine. One for people who have already followed the instructions and can just follow the workout. I need to do in the morning before getting kids up for school so this would be perfect streamlined to 15-20min. 🙏🏼

    Loved this practice! Thank you to both of you. One question: while lying down or even sitting up, I just can’t bring one foot over the knee of the other leg. Any solutions? I have been doing yoga regularly with your channel for the last two years but this is still an obstacle I haven’t been able to cross.

      Hello! Yes, I have ideas for this. But first, I love your patience! Good for you for persisting two years trying to find a solution for this movement. :) When I'm looking for a variation for a posture, I think about what is the objective of the movement. The objective here is to reduce tension around the hip, and if needed, to improve hip mobility (some people are very mobile and it would actually cause them harm to further improve their hip mobility).
      For you, in a lying down posture, I would suggest substituting either the feet wide, lower body twisting movement (knees moving side to side), OR supta baddha konasana, which is soles of feet together, knees wide. Both of these will help with reducing tension and improving hip mobility.
      If you're sitting on a chair, the variation would be to bring a second chair in front of you, then bend one knee and bring the side of that leg's foot up onto the seat of the second chair. In other words, rather than crossing the ankle over the knee, you'll bring it onto the seat of the chair.
