- We fried a mess of alligator for some boys from Illinois who took us Noodling this year. This is how we fry most of our fish (and alligator of course): soak in hot sauce, garlic salt, batter with self rising flour, and deep fry until golden brown! The gator were cooking here is from my first alligator, which was a 10ft gator I killed in south Florida this August. Dad is cooking a recipe he learned while we gator hunted with our friends in Louisiana! Guest appearance by: Millie the free range doe.

A couple generations ago women with Hannah’s skill sets and attitude were more commonplace. In today’s world she’s a very rare gem...........and obviously very pretty for any time period.
Watching Hannah’s channel and NOT the TV, makes me a lot more optimistic about our country’s future.

Some country people are really down to earth without the political perspectives. The way he taught her to cut and clean the animal before he would let her hunt teaches you to respect your food source. That's the right way to live.
@@billcarver6539 I'd go ahead and say MOST men, the introduction of the Supermarket and Corporate Farming, etc have all enabled folks to hop into an air conditioned bubble and drive with very little effort to pick up food that is several weeks old by the time it hits the shelves...and that's supposed to be normal by modern standards lol.
Being self-sustaining, and knowing how to live off the land is one of the most valuable skills a person can have.
She's absolutely one of the people I look up to the most in this day and age, full of common sense, and is real genuine. Not like the majority of cultural girls (I live in a college town) who are so prissy and full of fluff.
I can only hope and pray that I find a girl like her, I don't want to waste my life with anyone less.

Hannah has had an impact on me though, no matter how small, and I was simply trying to express my thanks, and appreciation for women like her...of which kind you (apparently) are not.
It is also my experience that those who accuse others tend to have huge problems of their own, and they can only feel good about themselves by hating on/trying to tear other people down.
That said, I hope you have a wonderful day, and learn to be accurate in your (currently flawed) assessment of your fellow man.

@@PoPphys Our daughter turns 27 in 2 weeks. We love her but miss our little girl, seems they grow up way too fast. 😢 We can't love our kids too much. When they get older and often move away, we'll miss them more than we could have imagined. C'est la vie.

Hannah if you don't want to use all purpose flour, you can use just plain corn meal, or corn starch mixed with rice flour. Mix a 50 50 ratio of corn starch and rice flour, you can find it in the asian section of Wal Mart, plus white pepper and garlic powder. Try it out next time, your family might like it. Great videos. "Gator Sauce Piquante"
dark brown roux (1/2 cup oil
, 1/2 cup flour)
chopped onion, celery, bell pepper, jalapeño, garlic
tomato paste
tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
bay leaf
, thyme, hot sauce, salt/pepper
beef or chicken broth
Louisiana alligator meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
(shrimp, chicken, pork, beef work too!)
- brown veggies, add liquids and meat, simmer til done.
- Serve over rice.
