I made something similar to this. Put some chicken in the cajun seasoning spices and lemon juice then marinates it in greek yoguart, chicken stock and added some tomatoes with cooked with olive oil salt and pepper. added the pasta to the mix and done. it didn't have any cheese in it, bit it had a really unique creamy texture and subtle spice with a lemony after taste
