Yay! So glad you found me! I'm almost 50 and have found that most of the channels on YOUTube are too hard. I wanted to crate workouts that are challenging but still doable. Looking forward to seeing more of you! Happy Holidays!

Thanks for keeping the workouts challenging and interesting. Appreciate the combo style of this workout with the usual exercises you've done before.. For my daily workouts, I usually do one Freeletics workout for 15 minutes, then I do one of your medicine ball workouts, and one of your body weight workouts. But if Have these combo workouts alternating between each other, that would be a great combo. 😍😍😍
