  • A four minute dynamic warmup followed by 15 full body medicine ball moves. I'm using a 6lb ball and a 30/10 interval. This one is so nice you might just want to do it twice!

    I'm thankful for finding your channel, love weighted ball couldn't find good workout. This was amazing and I'm thankful my 50 yr old body was able to complete 2 rounds! See you again tomorrow!!

      Yay! So glad you found me! I'm almost 50 and have found that most of the channels on YOUTube are too hard. I wanted to crate workouts that are challenging but still doable. Looking forward to seeing more of you! Happy Holidays!

    Omg.. AWESOME workout! 💓💓💓 I've been doing your workouts for several years now.. But been doing it five days a week since the pandemic started.. Thanks for keeping the workouts challenging and interesting. Appreciate the combo style of this workout with the usual exercises you've done before..       @@marshahughesworkouts if you could do more combos like this that would be AWESOME 😍😍😍. For my daily workouts, I usually do one Freeletics workout for 15 minutes, then I do one of your medicine ball workouts, and one of your body weight workouts. But if Have these combo workouts alternating between each other, that would be a great combo. 😍😍😍

    Luving getting greasy with you! I noticed you don't put medicine ball down in-between sets I'm using a 16lbs. Ball is it acceptable to put down?
